"Totally useless. Bought a return ticket from Perth to Bali paying extra in case I needed to change my return date . Had to change the date as my visa was expiring. Try to change it in app , told me to change with airline. Airline told me to use eDreams. Tried to phone eDreams but could not contact as I was outside Australia. Try Whatsap, said same thing. Then Tried their messenger service and it kept telling me that because my flight was within 4 hours I must contact airline. I did this several times over two days always it told me the same thing ( unbelievable as my original return date was two weeks away. \r\nI even had a friend in Australia phone eDreams on a Adelaide number only to be told that I would have to contact them .\r\nEnough stress so I paid for a new ticket."

"I never had an account with e-dreams but somehow they charged me an annual fee on my credit card. Don't know how or why but when I reached out to them and explain what happened they hung up on me twice. I'm at the point now where I've already disputed the charge, I am going to file a police report and a contact the Attorney General's office since I can't get them to respond to my complaints"

"I booked four return tickets from Hanoi to the Maldives. I initially found the flights on Skyscanner, which redirected me to edreams.net. Since a \u201c.net\u201d domain seemed questionable, I verified via edreams.com and saw it also linked to edreams.net, so I proceeded with edreams.net.\r\n\r\nUpon reaching the price selection page, there were two options: a \u201cnormal\u201d price and a \u201cprime\u201d price, which was slightly cheaper. I selected the \u201cprime\u201d price, but there was absolutely no pop-up or notice indicating I would be charged a $69.99 \u201cPrime Membership.\u201d This fee only appeared on the final payment window, where it also claimed I could \u201ccancel at any time\u201d online. That statement is false. There is no online cancellation option; the only way to cancel is by calling specific international numbers, which costs a fortune.\r\n\r\nWhen I called to cancel, the agent on the line refused to provide a way to cancel. Instead, they offered to reduce the charge to $34.44. I declined, but they still refused to cancel. In the end, I felt forced to accept the half-charge by providing 4 last digits of my credit card. And very quickly, they charge the amount in the call. After that, I immediately requested a membership cancellation, but they wouldn\u2019t do it, saying I had to call again later. I told them I did not want to call again\u2014only then did they tell me to download some app from the Play Store, which I have yet to do.\r\n\r\nYes, they provided the tickets I booked, but they trapped me into a membership I am unable to cancel. I will never book through this agent again. This is a terrible experience."

"I am livid with eDreams, we booked flight tickets wich was confirmed via email, yet when we arrived at the counter we were informed that we were not on the manifest. We then received another mail stating that our tickets were not confirmed but not to worry as NO FUNDS were deducted. All lies, the funds were deducted immediately. After reporting this we have to wait 48-72hours for a supposedly escalated refund. THIS IS FRAUD. All the additional costs\r\n now incurred for a holiday that was planned is now ours to bare. ENightmare is a more befitting name for this company who lies outright in writing!!!!!"
