Worse company I’ve had to deal with , horrible customer service. I ordered parts that was in stock, only to be told the company cannot fulfill the order with no explanation

I am a 70 year old car nut that still try and fix cars myself. eEuroparts is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not believe what you see in their website. If something appears too good to be true it probably is.

Oh, well, where do I begin? The company went through a change of ownership a few years ago, and while some things still work with their business, they changed their operations from warehouse to a combination of warehouse and drop-shipping. As a result, their information about the stock status of their products is often somewhat aspirational. For inexpensive items they may advertise one brand and send you another. I’ve been ordering “genuine Volvo”, receiving Pro Parts, with them claiming that the somewhat shady Swedish aftermarket outfit is a “genuine parts supplier”. I’ve had them mark parts as shipped, issue tracking number, then two weeks after figure out that their partner in Plano, TX doesn’t have the parts in stock. Having said that, if you’re OK with the lottery of not getting the brands you ordered and occasional bloopers with your orders, they do have some good stuff (including genuine parts through their partner), offer rock-bottom prices, and whatever they have locally they ship quickly. Just don’t expect them be reliable, I’d go elsewhere for that.

They used to be good, now not so. They messed up my order and now I'm pulling my hair out trying to get it resolved in their phone hell.

EEuro wanted me To pay for a part before they could look it up. Once I payed them, they told Me it wasn’t available. It’s been two weeks now fighting to get a refund, and finally got an email stated they will refund. Been 72 hours and nothing in my account. Guess it’s time to lawyer up. Stay clear of this company. They practice deceptive business schemes

Week after the order was placed it has not been shipped (all parts are in stock). Customer service is only good at stalling and lying. Save yourself some time and aggravation and order from AutohausAz

I used to make a majority of my purchases through Eeuroparts and never had an issue, Until i had to do my first return. Expect a 30 day return process if your lucky. That includes taking a minimum number pictures and a dozen phone calls that never get returned. They used to be a great company but they have gone down hill. If you do make a purchase use a Credit card that has buyer protection. Your going to need it.

If you own a European Vehicle I strongly recommend FCPeuro , I had bad experience with eEuro they screwed my orders twice , and they were over a grand each time. I'm much happier with Fcp Euro .

This company sent the package to the wrong address - asked me to -ask the mailman where it was - talk to the postmaster - and then look on my neighbors porches - in a series of emails designed to push off complaints Finally "Kelly" suggested I should file a claim under my homeowners policy for the loss - and "contact local law enforcement if it was stolen" As if someone stole a cabin filter for a 16 year old saab Do not buy from this company they are thieves and horrible people to even be associated with much less do business with

Shady company that sold me an expensive part that was "in stock" and then emailed 3 days later to tell me it wasn't in stock and a refund would take up to 7 days. Then they shorted me on the refund. Go elsewhere.

This company are a bunch of liars and crooks in my opinion. I ordered a part that said it was for my s500 and when it came it didn’t fit. When I contacted them they said I can return it but out of my own pocket . Now it costs more to send it back (and I did send it back) than what it costs. This company which continues to accuse me of lying which I’m not. When I ordered it online it said it was for my car!! Why would I buy anything I couldn’t use?? Especially when the site tells you if it’s for your car or not!!! Very unprofessional and in my opinion crooks.. I found so many other great companies don’t need this crappy low level establishment.. I guess they couldn’t pay the $30 for the return for the mistake they made..

They refuse to give me a refund for items the say they received on the 24 waited 10 days now they never received it tracking number shows it was delivered very unprofessional company say they have a 1000 returns a day one person do all the returns need a better system packages wouldn't get lost bad business.

I have done business with eEuroparts for about 1 1/2 years now and have spent hundreds of dollars with them fixing up my Saab. A few weeks ago I purchased some emblems for my car. My order was split and I received the emblems for the wheels without problems. The front and rear emblems however did not show up at my house even though the Postal Service shows the package as delivered. I have no idea where it was delivered, but I sure did not get it. When I called their customer service department, some very rude guy told me to check with my neighbors - that was it! I then contacted them via email and got the same response. So they chose the carrier - they did not insure the package - and now they expect their customer to walk through the neighborhood checking with random strangers if they got my mail? That is simply an insane request!! I was furious and let them know it. They came back advising me that they could not do anything until I trace the package with the Postal Service. I did that, thinking that eEuroparts would then do the right thing. USPS only advised that the package shows delivered and eEuropart now says they cannot do anything. Any reputable company would either issue a refund or re-send the lost item, not this outfit. I will certainly take them off my list of vendors to use and would not recommend them to anybody! Spend your money with a company that values their customers and provides true service rather than just taking your money and walking away as soon as a problem arises! eEuroparts? Never again!

I ordered the cars parts in the usual way entering car reg number and parts supplied were all incorrect
