Purchased a 'luxury' bouquet for £31+ 6 delivery. Reduced from £40. A boxed, unarranged bouquet nearly half the size of the image advertised was delivered, flowers battered by the free chocolates i didn't even want. After emails and numerous pictures i sent them they dismissed my expression of dissatisfaction despite me pointing out there was 30% less roses in my bouquet vs the image on their website which only shows the luxury bouquets in order to mislead buyer's. Use a high street florist if you can or buy flowers from the supermarket instead. Will never use again having been a first time user. Their emailed responses are cut and paste as seen now in other feedback so they have no interest in customer service

I ordered a bouquet for a friends 60th birthday there were 12 rather cheap blooms which I could have got from the Lidl and no additional foliage. They were half dead and frankly disappointing I complained to customer service and sent a picture to basically be told they will pick up and last for 7 days. When I saw the photos of the flowers I was embarrassed to have sent them notwithstanding my daughter also sent her flowers from Moonpig got them £4.00 cheaper and they were beautiful. Avoid this company at all costs poor product and terrible customer service

Awful service. Flowers were nothing like the picture. Very embarrassed by what my sister received for her birthday. Spent £30 and could’ve got better flowers for £5 at the garage.

What a rip-off, the flowers we receive were old and wilted. Absolutely shocking for the price. A previous time I have ordered with them, the same thing. I thought I would give them another try, the benefit of the doubt and all. I would avoid, useless company

Avoid this company. Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a bunch of flowers at a cost of £40, this did not included the delivery charge. The flowers where nothing like the picture advertised. When they arrived half the flowers where missing and what was there where in poor condition. I did complain only to receive a generic message telling me how to look after the flowers. I complained again with no response. Avoid at all costs.

Do not use this company. See picture for what you get for £35. The picture in the vase was how they looked after 1 day which was Mother’s Day (they delivered them the day before which was not what requested either

Don’t waste your money I purchased a luxury bunch of flowers for my granny as it was the anniversary of her son (my fathers) death. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement!! I contacted eflorist straight away when the dead bunch of less than quarter arrived. There was no sympathy, they didn’t care, and told me to wait 48 hours. All the leaves were limp and what few flowers that were there were brown. I will never use this company again and I’ll make sure everyone knows the terrible experience we have suffered. On what was already a sad day, to receive dead flowers was the biggest insult! Disgraceful company!

Avoid at all costs. I wish that I had read this review site before order. Th flowers delivered are nothing like advertised. Virtually dead and munched up before you start. No wonder the delivery driver drives off before you can answer the door. They agreed to deliver a replacement bouquet after complaining and guess what!! They were even worse with the delivery package ripped open before we could get to it. Eflorists response was a standard email explaining that th stems need cutting back. Needless to say, they went straight in the bin !!! I have never had this problem before using other companies. There customer service is abysmal . STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY 😠

First and last time to use another flower delivery service other than interflora. I like to give the underdog a chance to prove themselves, but i now will not be so considerate. They even dismissed my telephone call saying that i had ordered from an Irish eflorist supplier and i should take it up with them. Dreadful customer care and when the flowers arrived 24 hrs late they were not even like the advertised photos.

A complete waste of money, ordered flowers for my wife's daughter as she's just moved into a new apartment and the flowers looked they'd been removed from someones bin and recycled! Dead or dying heads, what looked like chewed stems and generally nothing like the pictures displayed on their website, but apparently this perfectly ok "as they will come into bloom in a couple of days" How something that's dead can bloom is beyond me, but ho-hum! My advice is avoid these like the plague

Second delivery attempt with Eflorist and Yodel. Another epic fail. Yodel are probably delivering the flowers to a recycling bin as far as I'm concerned. Yodel haven't returned my escalated call and eflorist (Katie) can't go outside her rules and let me speak to a manager or compensate me for their awful service and waste of my time. Previous response to my feedback was incorrect. The customer service said "there was an unexpected delay with the courier service and the flowers have not been delivered". The flowers were delivered to the Hospital 'Front Porch' but neither the receptionist nor the recipient saw them. There was no delay as the Yodel site informed me of the exact delivery time. Poor poor customer service, awful delivery and ridiculous customer support. NEVER AGAIN. I would advise all customers to avoid Eflorist.

Do not use eflorist. I ordered flowers for same-day delivery but was informed they don't deliver the same day, OK, no problem. The delivery was to a hospital in Lincoln, shouldn't be an issue. No delivery. Three days later I check and it's been cancelled by eflorist for no reason, no contact, no refund. I contact eflorist who apologised and offered to send them again, no offer of anything else. I accepted. Once again, the order was cancelled by them, no reason, no refund, nothing. Sadly, or fortunately for my flower deliver, my friend is still in hospital so I've ordered them from another florists.
