“If there was a 0 I would give it. Their system autocorrected the delivery address and put it as half delivery half shipping. Within 5 minutes of noticing I'd reported it fully. Nothing they could do, no refund no help, couldn't correct the address for SYMPATHY flowers. Absolute robbing in compassionate thieves. What company can't correct an address two days before delivery. Avoid!!!”

“If I could give 0 I would. The address was correct for delivery when I entered it then when I got my email confirming it had half the recipients address and the other half is my address. They will not change it. To make it worse these were sympathy flowers for a baby. I am disgusted. Avoid at all costs”

“Ok so I have ordered twice from these the first time was on purpose the second time was by accident a tired morning after a night of no sleep…… both times the flowers have turned up delivered by DPD in a squashed box with no water the quality of the flowers were awful…. I was so confused as well as my girlfriend because they weren’t even colour matched to what they should have been (Even tho they stated on the website they would do this even certain flowers where not in stock? The flowers where not even price matched as you can see from pictures it looks like all the left overs at the end of the day where thrown together and wrapped… I’m so disappointed as this was my first time ordering from Eflorist. The advert sounds great until you part with your money then it all goes sour.
As soon as the money is paid the information canges suddenly it might not be possible to deliver on your selected date, suddenly its not possible to cancel the order.
They don't send tracking details as promised.
The live chat they advertise doesn't exist.
You can't speak to anyone as they don't have a phone number.
There only point of contact is an email address that says it will take 48 hours to be answered.
The courier company they use is yodel and they delivered to the wrong address and they don't have a phone number either.
Just an email and live chat that can't contact themselves!!! They have to send an email to raise an issue.
Utterly useless and not too far away from being a scam.
Sending Flowers is supposed to make all involved happy but this company will turn a would-be happy occasion very sour.

“I had a delivery of flowers from my son in Australia a lovely surprise that fell flat as half the flowers were half dead&in2days had died so they went in the bin .Itried to phone customer services for4 days to no avail so wrote a letter&e.mail,was asked to send photo of the flowers but said l could not as they died &went in bin heard nothing else so wrote another letter with my phone number asking them to ring me Hevesy heard nothing
had to tell my son when he asked me about flowers never to use this company ever again
I will never ever use them and will tell all my friends to do the same
So be warned every one about using them!!!”
