“Never again! Awful experience, i ordered a composition of flowers for my auntie who got out from the hospital. They charged my credit card then emailed me that they don't have what i choose so they proposed another bouquet and what have been delivered are those not fresh, cheap and dehydrated "flowers". I have not been refunded yet also, they should have offered discount and some "gift" for changing the order. Would never recommend and would never order from this site again! I feel bad to have made such an awful gift which was meant to be a beautiful bouquet with fresh flowers on a get well occasion.”
“Appalling!
We recently had a “bouquet” delivered as a birthday gift. Absolutely appalling. The flowers were stuffed into the box, they were wrapped in cheap cellophane with no water reservoir and no plant food. It looked like a cheap bunch of flowers from a supermarket. The lilies were flattened and brown all around the edges, the roses were almost fully open with falling petals and the greenery was drooping, brown and with a lot of it lying in the box. There were empty stems with no flower heads stuffed in among the bouquet. I was so upset that my relative had sent a gift with such lovely intentions and that I then felt I had to contact them to let them know that this was what had arrived. People work hard for their money and these bouquets are already over-priced without this. I think that these florists rely on people being too embarrassed to tell relatives/friends who have sent a special gift that it’s less than perfect so possibly get away with this. This caused embarrassment and upset and is completely unacceptable. This is not the first, second or third time we have had this experience with flower deliveries. I have now told my relatives and friends not to send flowers in future as it is a waste of their money. These large delivery services should vet their florists more carefully. I would definitely not recommend this service. My relative got her money back but I would say that this is not the point, we shouldn’t have had to do this. Get your act together eflorist!!”
“Awful experience very disappointed with EFLORIST. Please do not waste your money. Very poor bouquets terrible quality, you would be better going to a local petrol station and buying flowers for £5. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers which cost over £30 the delivery was terrible as they were just left on the street and the quality of flowers was very poor and mostly dead within a day, quite embarrassing as this was a gift.
All contact with customer service has been pointless. Even tried to contact the CEO with no response.”
“To say I’m fuming is an understatement, my husband ordered the roses and lily bouquet for our anniversary. I have never seen such a poor bouquet of flowers (and I know they weren’t cheap). He would have got better at supermarket. First time using eflorist and never ever again . You should be ashamed of what you are sending out to people”
“I ordered flowers for my mother in laws funeral as we are based in Australia. After making the order and then reading reviews I was really concerned. I made contact with eflorist who was pretty prompt in replying. I have to say despite all the bad reviews, our 3 flower arrangements (including the mum arrangement) turned up in time and our family in the uk confirmed how beautiful they were. Grateful for the amazing service”
“Diabolical customer service. The first order the flowers were shabby and not as in their picture. The other order they claimed I had put in my address incorrectly, and yodall delivered them to a neighour who refused to give them back to me. Don't use this company is my advice”
“I ordered Flowers got my wife to arrive on Valentine’s Day. They did not arrive and eflorist have not responded to my emails or chat. Dreadful company that clearly doesn’t care about anything other than taking your money! I will get my credit card company to reverse the payment...avoid!!!”
“My daughter has survived covid so I ordered a beautiful bouquet from these people. It was appalling service first of all they took it to the wrong address! Then when they eventually delivered the delivery man was so rude. The bouquet was awful nothing like I ordered and paid for which was £48. They will do nothing. They at first offered a replacement then decided they would not send one. They refuse to answer my E-mails now., It was such an important occasion - the have no compassion. they should not get away with this. But they are so sure of themselves. Please do not order from these people!!! Patricia”
“I ordered these flowers three weeks before my partner's birthday. Four days after her birthday I am still waiting. It is very frustrating trying to communicate with eflorist as only email available and long delays between the not very helpful replies. I know these are difficult times but this is not good service. I would like my money back.”
“Needed to cancel an order, as the recipient made last minute plans to be away and they refused to cancel, or even redirect the order to me. Kept getting very generic, copy/paste replies and no actual help to try and resolve the issue, despite giving ample time. So my friend is going to come home to rotten flowers and chocolates on her doorstep. It’s ridiculous.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering - I would never have proceeded with the order. Definitely going to stick with local florists for future orders.”
“AVOID AVOID AVOID
Ordered flowers and due to the government lockdown had to change the address as the venue would be closed.
Their response was that it would be too much trouble as they had already printed the label.
No telephone and an online chat that never works
DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY FIRM”
“Zero satisfaction when I complained about the size of the bouquet ordered for my mother's 91st birthday. I ordered the £24.99 MEDIUM bouquet (reduced from £34.99) and it was much smaller than the advertised bouquet. If they had indeed been charging £34.99 it would have been even worse. Do not shop here!”
“ordered what looked like a beautiful arrangement of flowers. I contacted the company as I wasn’t sure the msg on the card had been completed. I got confirmation that it was sorted and yet the flowers were delivered with a blank card, the arrangement looked cheap and didn’t resemble what I ordered. I contacted them on chat and I’ve sent two emails including photographs. I received an email to say they can’t guarantee the flowers will look the same. I accept this but not one rose instead of five with cheap flowers as fillers. I won’t use this company again unless they correct their mistake. Very disappointed.
Received a lame response similar to live chat and my emails. Will be lodging a complaint with my card provider to sort this out. This company does not want to accept responsibility for anything. If I could I’d give it no stars.”
“I have had two deliveries of E Florist flowers within a month ...both were superb..my house smells of Lillies and the box of chocs was cute..one did not have a card in so i did not kn ow who they were from..found out later...
I have since ordered 2 bouquets for friends...and the free chocs...
I am delighted top marks x💐

“Flowers were meant to be sent in bud but they were all in full bloom also some had wilted and were almost dead
Although the chocolates are supposedly free they had completely melted”
“VERY,VERY POOR. Ordered a £30 bouquet for my wife. For our 30th wedding anniversary. What arrived looked nothing like the website.flowers were half dead Broken stems/ flower heads etc.and obviously hadn’t been watered for sometime.will never use such a terrible supplier again.total rip off.better going to the petrol station on your way home. I’ve emailed and sent photos but heard nothing yet.but quite frankly I’m not interested in anything they have to say.totally disheartened and very disappointed. Just wish I could post the photos to give proof of feedback.”
“I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday. They did not arrive. When I complained, I was told they could not trace my order. When I sent them the invoice, they claimed I had given the wrong house number, even though the invoice showed the correct one. I have sent 12 emails to sort this out and they have just sent another response asking me for the order details. I have asked for the name of the Chief Executive but just get a different name responding to me everytime.”
“Update. Although the flowers weren't the ones I'd ordered, they were lovely. Also, the customer service has been exemplary and I will definitely be using them again.”
“The flowers arrived earlier than predicted great ... but for £18+ i was disappointed in the amount . They have arrived in bud so they may look more spectacular when open. But was very disappointed when I opened the enormous box.”
