I received my order undamaged and complete. My only complaint is your shipper! They rarely update order tracking and don't send notifications for delivery. They offer no flexibility in their delivery times, they deliver only when they want to deliver. This can be difficult based on the required signature!

We understand your concerns regarding the tracking updates and how this may cause an inconvenience. This is due to the PACT Act which no longer allows us to send with USPS; FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and we now rely on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. As the parcel is passed through a network, your tracking information will not provide consistent updates until it reaches the final mile carrier (for local delivery). This is a great shop with the product I love. Customer service is very responsive. I'd give 5 stars if shipping were better. The shipping service used does not provide a reliable delivery time/date so I end up waiting all day long for delivery and can't go anywhere.

Happy to have found an online store who has the products I need, and actually follows through and ships said products! I've been burned by two online stores, and have been hesitant to try again. Electic Tobacconist USA has restored my faith! I would most definitely order from this site again, and highly recommend!

It was better this time a lot faster and finally I didn’t have to leave work early to sign and leave a delivery guy 40 bucks I mean it was getting out of hand I was frustrated , it wasn’t your guys fault but it said all along no signature ! But this delivery in a random car was making me and waiting or would leave it for cash only pretty shadey yuh?? No more and I appreciate that ! I’m happy always with your products it was never ever about your company! I think when I said something you did something because it didn’t happen again so far and I’m grateful

I placed my order back in November and still have not received it 3 months later. Also have not received any response to 6 tracking requests I've made. I put a stop payment on this order and will never order from or refer this company to anyone.

I really like the selection and communication from Electronic Tobacconist. I wish the shipping was faster, but I know shipping methods are limited for these products, so there isn't much they can do about that. I have worked with the third party shipper before on one of my shipments, and their communication was excellent, as well.

The products are fine but it takes so long to get them. I ordered December 30 2025 and did not receive them until January 28 2025. Could not get updates or tracking info for the order either.
