I have been purchasing Vuse alto for several months now. I exclusively purchase through ET. I am happy for the most part as the price is right, but at least two of the pods/cartridges out of the six I purchase at a time are faulty. I have saved them and hope to contact Vuse directly for a refund or coupon.

I had been a customer with Totally Wicked for years when they changed to this site they had to verify my age, I'm almost 59 I found that absurd. My order took an extra day because of it. Also they offered a discount that I got on only part of my order. Not impressed for my first visit.

I received my order on time but can’t get the smoke device going can’t get a phone number for help Paid over 150 for stuff but there is no way to contact your company

ordering and shipping is good but there's no customer service at all. i emailed the company since this is the only way to contact anyone and never received any reply. it was about returning some things but i just sucked up the fact i lost money and moved on. great company to order from unless you have an issue.

I would like to order chargers and batteries. I have 3 vehicles to put them in and I have 3 chargers going in the house. I try to find them but none of them are listed as mistic. I could order a kit everytime but is that necessary.

Great on most things fast shipping decent prices on juice a little high on coils... I got one juice that was nasty from them had to be crazy old was just bad and emailed them about it they just tried to say it was my fault like I hadn’t primed my coil right like I haven’t been vaping for years (I had let the coil sit saturated in juice OVERNIGHT after priming the coil) but they wouldn’t replace the messed up juice so that was $15 down the drain. They also sent me ceramic instead of regular coils once but they actually did fix that situation.

I bought one Smok Infinix and an extra set of pods from here. The device wouldn’t hold a charge out of the box. I could take one hit and then needed to be recharged. The pods seemed fine. Not sure if it was the device or poor handling.

Although I had to order a day later because it took time to verify my id, I was overall satisfied. The prices were awesome and 2 out of 3 of my juices were great. The one wasn’t the best, as the description didn’t match the flavor much but everyone has different tastes! I’ll definitely be ordering again.

My package arrive fairly quick after I ordered it. But it was a little mis shaped. I had to put a piece of electrical tape to make the pod fit in my boulder vape. Other than that I'm pretty satisfied.

I’ve never had any issues with my orders aside from one where a tank was cracked on my beserker upon delivery. My contacted customer support and needed me to send back the deivce. I would be without my device so I chose to just keep the device despite the fact one of two of the tanks could not be used. I only got a 10% off coupon code but would have rather had a replacement. Aside from that customer service issue I’ve made electricyobacconist my go to for my device needs.
