Upon reviewing your tracking details, we see that delivery was attempted three times, but unfortunately, you were unavailable to receive it. As a result, the carrier is returning the package to us. In compliance with the PACT Act, all orders must be shipped with an adult signature required as well as a valid ID upon delivery. It's also no longer possible to ship with USPS; FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and we now rely on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. As the parcel is passed through a network, your tracking information will not provide consistent updates until it reaches the final mile carrier (for local delivery). “I had to send multiple e-mails just to get a 30 cent refund issued to me. And this was because a 5% newsletter sign-up discount wasn't applied correctly. So your systems don't calculate very basic math accurately, and I had to wait multiple days just to get this straightened out. This doesn't make me want to place any more orders with your company.”
