Ships my product much quicker nowadays. Very happy about that! I do wish they offered more discounts for the NJOY DAILYS. IT would be a better incentive to purchase more product and more frequently.

Everything great. Ordering all the time. Only once had problems with delivery. Took over 40 days and everything was frozen. Had to throw it away. Other then that everything good

Upon reviewing your tracking details, we see that delivery was attempted three times, but unfortunately, you were unavailable to receive it. As a result, the carrier is returning the package to us. In compliance with the PACT Act, all orders must be shipped with an adult signature required as well as a valid ID upon delivery. It's also no longer possible to ship with USPS; FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and we now rely on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. As the parcel is passed through a network, your tracking information will not provide consistent updates until it reaches the final mile carrier (for local delivery). I had to send multiple e-mails just to get a 30 cent refund issued to me. And this was because a 5% newsletter sign-up discount wasn't applied correctly. So your systems don't calculate very basic math accurately, and I had to wait multiple days just to get this straightened out. This doesn't make me want to place any more orders with your company.
