I love the products and prices. However, no customer service. Order dispatched august 28, 2024. Today s oct 1 and still have not received it. Sent in 2 reports but still no response.

I could not use the device because it was for refillables I use cartridges that fit into pen like devices. Do you have anything like that? They usually come with a charger.

Your shipping is terrible Waited 40 days - got a refund Replacement order was 11 days ago. Carrier still doesn’t have package so I anticipate having to wait another 29 days just to get my $600 back

Due to the PACT Act, we can no longer ship with USPS; FedEx, DHL, and we are now reliant on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. As the parcel is passed through a network, your tracking information will not provide consistent updates until it reaches the final mile carrier (for local delivery). Received one order but on reorder I am not verified to order again. After numerous emails with tech support and resetting account no fix was possible. Tech support says sorry they can not identify or fix the problem, thus no way to order any product through this company. No one seems to be able to verify me. I am more than willing to send images of ID or passport. What is being verified? Age, address, or something else! No one seems to know.

I placed an order April 9th, you took my money but I still have not recieved my order. This is rediculous to wait this long for an order. In the furure you should not take money if you can't insure delivery of the my product. should have told me this before I purchased the product.

I placed my order 04/08/24 and still have not recieved it, so I am unhappy to say the least. The tracking does not work, so I have no idea where my shipment is.

Ordered first of April, May 7th and the order has not arrived. Tracking not available is their mantra, so be careful when ordering. Still not sure if they are scamming me out of money or if I’ll actually receive my package. Oh, and they have. 40 business day order guarantee. So you have to wait that long if you would like a refund. Zero stars.

Price is basically the same as my local store. The product took 3 weeks and the tracking never gave me an estimated delivery date. The guy just showed up at my house for a product that needs a signature. It would have been a hassle if I wasn't home. First and last time ordering from you. I'll buy them in person from now on.

I had some problems with my orders recently and am very dissatisfied. My order was canceled by your system and the credit took forever to get. I placed a new order and it took 15 days to receive. This is way too long and I don't think I'll order from you again,
