Decent prices. Customer service could have been better.. my order sat for 5 days in transit and my response from customer service was "do not contact us until it has been 10 days" 10 days for me is way too long... especially when paying for first class shipping. In the vape game where there are so many competitors and drop shippers... I would say re-think your 10 day policy and be cool and throw in some extras like everyone else does.

Didn’t get my package when I was told I would. It seems if I don’t pay extra for priority shipping, I don’t get my package as promised. I wish they would use UPS, instead of USPS.

I have placed a few orders and am satisfied with those orders except the return process when I accidentally bought a wrong item was difficult and took forever.

I liked it that you sell mistic electronic cigarettes my mother is alive cause of these cigarettes. They are good when they work. I paid thirty dollars and normally would not mind but 5 cigarettes were not good they were empty. This has become a pattern with mistic cigarettes. Its not your companies fault but hated to lose that many for this reason i gave only s 3.

The prices are good. The selection of flavors and mg's of salt juices are way over picked and so theres not enough selection. With that said it is where I go for more most of my my vaping supplies. I really like the store. Tnx for doing what you all do! ~ Stephanie

Had very good prices. However they sent my package to the wrong location twice. They offered no help when I complained. The first time I filed a PayPal refund so they actually reshaped my order but they just shipped it to the wrong address again. Poor customer service

We purchased strawberry pods for the Phix.we spent $19.99 for the package and you have a deal if you spend $20 or more you get free shipping but since we spent $19.99 we ended up spending $26.00.it would be nice if we could get free shipping it’s a little rediculous 1cent holds us back from that..honestly we have bought from someone else the past 2 weeks because of it..yes it’s something small but it’s big enough to us if shipping were free we would definitely buy more from you

Pipe looks nice but no vape juice which you promised with my order...I am not happy...I chose 0 ni cotine and maybe mango flavour and never received it

My husband loves the products. The prices are very reasonable. However, ordering and getting verification for age can be a hassle. Also, they change their policy without notice. I was shipping to my husband who is in Florida only to find out that the names for shipping and bill must match.
