They try to assist buyers but the second dud battery in a row now I have to jump thru hoops to send it back. They didn't care about getting the first dud back. So, not thrilled with this current situation. Just want a battery that works with my expensive V-Pen !

I really like you guys - the website was easy to use and my order came in a timely manner - but unfortunately the smok novo didn't work :( I tried finding your contact info to see about getting a new one and I didn't see it anywhere - I ended up filing a claim with smok themselves and will hopefully be getting one that works in the mail soon... oh well... I know it wasn't your fault and didn't purposefully send me one that doesn't work

I had a problem with 3 out of 15 Njoy electronic cigarettes not working. I left messages on the customer service part of the site, no answer. I stopped buying from them. gave another chance bought 20 so far 4 have not worked! they have since remedied my problem and gave me the ones that didn't work.

I have loved this company in the past but there are waaay too many faulty e-cigs and my last order took 9 days to get here when it's usually two days. I also put in two tickets as they have been charging me wrong the whole time even though it says that you get a discount for ten. Never got a reply.

My boyfriend and I started buying the Phix brand and loved it. We were both able to quit smoking! However, they have been pretty inconsistent with the different pods we order. They have different mouth pieces. One of which work without issue. The other, however, clogs, burns quickly, etc. so I feel like half the time I’m paying for defective pods. We haven’t decided if we will continue or switch to a more consistent brand.

It took a few days for them to ship out my order and a few weeks to actually receive it in the mail. Everything came as described. Good products. Didn’t like the flavor of juice I received but otherwise everything was good.

Ordering and delivery was fine but the first two I tried they didn't work little disappointed not through with my order so we will see how the rest of them work .I like you product.

The product is fine, as products like this go, assuming that their website actually process your order. I placed an order a few weeks ago, but for some reason it wouldn't process. The funds were available, but it would not go through. Finally after several attempts I gave up. I'm not sure if it's my device, or there website, but I no longer Care.

Hi Felicia, Upon investigation, it appears your CVV code on your credit card was being inputted incorrectly. Unfortunately without being given all of the correct information our site will not process a credit card. I find your pricing fair, but when you promote a special I am unable to order, because when I try it just doesn't register, I've tried and tried without success.

Shipping is taking way too long. The only reason I keep ordering, is the lack of local availability. Amazon can process any order, and have it to you in two days. Why not Electronic Tobacconist? I even paid for the extra fast shipping. I’m still waiting. Not happy at all. Several pods have leaked out, in my previous packages, on at least 3 occasions.
