Usually you all are awesome to order from. But I’m a little concerned because an item I paid a good chunk of money for was supposed to arrive this morning and hasn’t. Hoping it didn’t get lost or stolen between facilities and it’s just a delay

I like it overall but, a Vape modules leak profusely after about a week. I have not had this kit for twenty days and I've went through two cartridges it sucks the e-cig oil all right through the mouthpiece into your mouth. Not a fan of this!! I need two more cartridges thanks. Battery life and overall design of the battery seems adequate. Both of the oils the regular in the menthol have a good taste. But Menthol kind of tastes like Andes Candies. Everybody loves the smell . I have also mixed both of the oils to give it a more mild flavor which is probably my favorite.

Acceptable in that I am being helped with a PHIX problem and it is being negotiated about refund or not. The pods for the PHIX are newer shaped and do not put out any vape. As of today, Jan. 22, 2019, I have sent the unused boxes of pods for testing.

I’ve found that my pods only work about 50% of the time. This means that in a box of 4 Phix pods I will be lucky to not have to pop my eyeballs out sucking for dear life with 2 of the 4 pods. It has been a year now and Phix has still not corrected their faulty pods.

It used to be on point and a two-day delivery no matter what. I ordered on a Thursday and my boyfriend on Saturday of the same week and he got his first. We both get it delivered to the same address. I don't know what has changed but I am not pleased.

I’ve been having an issue with one of the smok devices I had bought it will not charge sometime and the pods I got in the package one of them was burnt it less than 1 day of usage so I’m a little unsatisfactory but the other devices work great !

Purchased the Nord for a Christmas present for myself but the packaging was slightly crushed on one corner. When using it, the pod itself was leaking from the front near the mouth peice. It's very unfortunate because it could be an amazing vape. Subohm pod systems have some way to go but it will get there soon. The Nord is in the right direction.

I picked out the juice I wanted I ordered it and payed. The next day I got up and looked at your web site it made it seem like it was picked and packed waiting to be shipped. That afternoon I get a email saying your count was off and they don't have what I ordered. And I will get my money back in up to 7 days. Just wasn't a good experience for a first time buyer

The zhipping aint this places fault.. but i ordered a mod that came with some juice. The date on the juice was jan of 2016. Just threw it away. Decided to order some. 25nic juice for my mod. When i got the juice it was actually 2.5% nic.. waste of money right there. Honstly rhe mod and the pods i ordered were great. Definitely wont order juice from the place again..

It didn’t. Tried to reset my password for an existing account, says it doesn’t exist. Need to order some mistic rechargeable batteries for the replacement filters to no avail 😡

Prices are good and shipping was fast. Nic salt was very dirty and ruined 3 pods in less than a week. Not happy with the nic salt i purchased.

My last order took 9 days to arrive. When the order was late, there was no way to inquire. I will think twice before ordering from here again.
