Order arrived on time as promised. Ibought three pack of pod refills; ejuice quality was good ;no problem there but one pod leaked really bad and was defective; a couple of the others bleed liquid a little. Still a better deal than the overpriced name-brand ones.

The selection available is pretty substantial. Prices aren't too bad. They also accept Paypal which is what brought me there in the first place. My only complaint would be shipping time. It took six days for my order to reach my hands. In this day and age, that's subpar.

This was my favorite website to buy my Vuse refills - they do still have good prices. I used to rate them with five stars. The problem has been with my recent orders. In the beginning, I just chose basic shipping and received my orders within a couple of days. Lately it's taken quite a while to get my orders. I went up to priority shipping and it still took quite a while. It winds up costing me quite a bit of money since I then have to buy refills from 7-eleven to fill in until my orders arrive. Maybe it's the post office's fault, I'm not sure. But I can't keep losing money waiting on my shipments, so I have to move on to another supplier.

Product good, but way, way too much correspondence from them. At least 20 emails after one order. And their unsubscribe doesn't seem to work. I'd skip doing business with them unless you don't mind constant barrage of correspondence!

Not a bad ecig but for the cost of the cartridges ya may as well smoke cigs. Five dollars a piece and depending on how much you smoke you could go through 1 or 2 cartridges. Not very economical. Might have to go back to ones you can put the juice in a lot cheaper

Electric tobacconist isn't bad, but my first experience consisted of getting the wrong product. And when I told them, they were out of what I ordered so they refunded me the amount the amount of the mod.

I’m generally happy with the service. The one real exception is the delivery is irksome to a level that has me considering sourcing elsewhere and I imagine others might as well. On my last 3 orders, delivery has arrived a week or more beyond the promised date. If some of the issue is with USPS, then might try to sort it out with them, or at least change the promised dates on the website. On my most recent order, it was meant to arrive 3 days ago and, since that day, the USPS tracking has continued to read that it “will be” delivered by 8:00P that night.

I really like the product, I smoked Newport 100s for about 25 years, when you smoke for a long time you and feel it taking toll on your body, I quit smoking 1 1/2 but was craving the menthol and tried the MARKTEN XL MENTHOL BOLD, it really helped me with my cravings, I tried other brands but I like this one the best. I don't feel the heaviness in my chest that I had when I was a smoker.

The shipping was alright, I had spent $25 extra on shipping for 2 night. It got there in 2 days but the estimated delivery date kept changing. The customer service was alright, emailed them about a product fault, took them 2 days to respond, then I replied to them, and it's been about a week and they never replied. Overall experience was good. The checkout process was quick and easy. I just wish the customer service was better and the shipping was cheaper.
