Really bad experience with the parcel not arriving . The order was made 2 December and it wasn’t delivered from a Christmas gift . Went to PayPal and they sorted an immediate refund. Very poor service .

In investigation through PayPal shows they took the money once as a regular purchase and had also set up the payment as a recurring payment which also came out of my account! I cancelled the recurring payment and then tried to contact EMP Customer Service through their online chat and it was so poor - whenever anyone tried to type a messge the chat would close down.

Extremely poor customer service , took almost 2 months to get a proper refund and even then they deducted costs they had originally agreed to cover. They appear to be set up adequately from on IT perspective. Couldn’t provide return labels and the accounts department work manually Avoid purchasing with this company at all costs !!!

Do not use!! Terrible company!!!!!
Awful service. Avoid. Ordered a shirt and 3 weeks later the item hasn’t arrived. And was never received by Royal Mail. Contacted their customer service and was given a very vague answer and no real update and told different things. Was told I’d have to re order the now out of stock item. Wouldn’t recommend!! Their customer service is terrible. They lie. Avoid!!!
