When I submitted a case to get more information, they said my account can no longer be reinstated and provided no justification as to why it was suspended in the first place. Etsy provided zero clarity on what I supposedly did wrong. It's like being punished without knowing the crime. I tried to delete my account out of frustration, but I have to pay a listing fee for something that wasn't even live. They also have my personal banking details which I can't seem to delete. Who knows what they might do with that sensitive information? It feels like I'm being held hostage by a platform that couldn't care less about its sellers.\r\n\r\nEtsy's lack of transparency and accountability is appalling. It's not just bad business practice; it's downright unethical. My advice to anyone considering selling on Etsy: proceed with extreme caution.
