“I had an excellent experience when I ordered my Ravens hoodie through Fanatics! The item was delivered well on time and I got regular messages from when my order started being processed until delivery. I will definitely be ordering all my sports attire through Fanatics!”
“The material looks extremely cheap. Customer service doesn't respond and the fan cash feels like a scam. When I placed another to use the fan cash the message said it would be applied at the end of my order, which it was not. I tried reaching out to Customer service but have gotten nothing. I won't be from a company that is not trustworthy.”
“I've used them in the past but now I feel like they just take orders and use people's money like interest free credit.
It's been since Dec 5th that I ordered 3 items. I call earlier this week and they said I'd recieve an email from UPS with updated tracking since Landmark only transports to customs when coming into Canada.
I never recieved an updated tracking and I just called again and now they tell me they will reissue an order for two of the items and a refund for the 3rd because it's now out of stock. It's been o er 2 weeks and I'm just finding this out now???

“Worst customer experience ever. Ordered a Seahawks Throughback Jersey on Nov 1st with a Nov 24 estimated delivery date. Received an email on 11/21 notifying me that my jersey shipped. Fanatics never sent the jersey to the shipper and as it is a limited / special item, they won't /can't replace it.
Offered me a 30% discount coupon for a future order. Why would I order anything when they could not deliver on my original order.”
“Absolutely disgraceful company! Customer service is non existent and the little contact I have encountered with them has been helpful. I have emailed them several times asking for the order I bought for my young grandson and have been told it’s lost at a couriers & they can’t help any further. I’ve asked for my money to be refunded and they are now just ignoring my contact. I cannot stress how dissatisfied I am with the company and now have to pursue a refund with my bank. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT SUPPLY the goods!! Beware”

The acknowledgment from Fanatics for my complaint took three emails and two tweets. They still haven’t refunded my money for the transaction that was made more than two weeks before. It’s been more than week since they accepted that i did not receive my order.”
“Horrible service was told my order did not go through so I did it again to receive two of the exact same orders then they charge you 10 to send things back. The size on the sweatshirt was suppose to be a medium women’s it fits my daughter so I called they credited me for my double order shipping to return but won’t credit me on the kids size saying I need to look at the size chart which clearly says it should more than fit me. So that’s my fault and I lose 10 bucks what a damn joke never ever again will I order from this place!!!”
