Fanatics forced me to pay the shipping costs to return the item I didn't order and is refusing to reimburse me for their egregious error.”
“I wish I had seen these reviews before I made my purchase. I ordered a customized Whitecaps FC jersey for my nephew on Oct 6. On November 9, I call to see where my order is. Turns out the item was returned to the warehouse, I was told the shipping address was wrong. However, my address was correct. Now, the item is out of stock. Fanatics won't locate my item and resend it. I needed to send this item from Canada to Ireland for Xmas. I ordered in plenty of time, but now that Fanatics messed up, I can't get this item at all. I am really disappointed with the customer service I have received and will not purchase with Fanatics in future.”

Fanatics.com suggest they provide “No hassle returns and refunds” yet that is exactly what they do. Make it impossible to get a refund despite meeting their terms of an unused product, with tags, original packaging and customer paying for return shipping.
Instead they send the same message in various emails stating you need to send measurements of the product and if they are at fault (ie it doesn’t match their measurement chart) they’ll refund you.
Stay away from this shady company!”

It's been since Dec 5th that I ordered 3 items. I call earlier this week and they said I'd recieve an email from UPS with updated tracking since Landmark only transports to customs when coming into Canada.

Offered me a 30% discount coupon for a future order. Why would I order anything when they could not deliver on my original order.”
