Their customer service is so hard to reach. I just want to return some items I bought but it's taking them so long to respond to my query. They don't even have live chat with their customer service, the only way to contact them is by email or by phone. When they respond, it's not even that helpful at all.

ZERO. They are scammers. Extremely unprofessional, they are changing prices after purchase, when shoping on sales, thy cancel your order when realise that was too cheap and say the item is out of stock, when there is on stock but they don't want to give you on cheaper price. The customer service is useless, they copy and paste, unable resolve any problem. Bunch of scammers and most prices are unrealistic.

I mam very upset. Farfetch will not honor my return within the stated return policy. They are claiming my purchase was a "final sale", when it was only a discounted priced item. Nowhere in the customer experience did it state I could not return the item. Actually my email receipt shows I can return it. Hoping they do the right thing...or I will have to take further action.

Received only 1 of the 4 items I ordered what I didn't receive was worth $377.00, contacted customer service and they said they have proof of delivery with my name misspelled. I was in the apartment the whole day and the package did not arrive on the day they claim it was delivered. Took over a month to review the case only to say that they concluded the investigation and the packages were indeed delivered. I would never purchase from them again.

I received an empty package and when discussing the matter with the customer service, they told me that the package was delivered properly and they didn't do anything wrong so they wouldn't refund me or give me the product or at least a voucher or smth. Nothing. Terrible customer service. Not gonna order again.

Ordered a bunch of stuff from them. Returned 1 pair of boots out of 3 I ordered. They sent a pic of the sole of the shoes I ordered aand said I used them. I DID NOT. When I asked them to send me a photo of the entire sole and send a picture of both shoes they told me I cannot contest it. They sent them back to me. Saying they cannot accept my return.

I ordered an item from Farfetch that arrived damaged. I sent it back to them and they have been harassing me since and are now saying I caused damage to the item so they’re now sending it back to me “and making me pay for it”. I told them I don’t want their damaged item and I certainly don’t want to pay for it and they told me the boutique can do what they want and they cannot help me. DO NOT ORDER FROM FARFETCH. It’s the biggest scam I’ve ever seen.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Paid for a "luxury quality authentic item" (Nike Airs). Received poor quality, cheap plastic shoes with abdominal stitching, soles not even glued on straight, discoloured yellow, and whoever made these have had difficulty "colouring within the lines". Nowhere on the tags is there any mention of the company. These came from somewhere called "StadiumGoods outlet". Box also damaged. The order process was easy and delivery quick. Customer service was also quick, including to decide there is nothing wrong with these shoes. If you want to pay hundreds for a product that you could get from Temu, Shein, Wish etc. then this is the shop for you. I would also like to add as a side note that producing and distributing fake brand items is a criminal act and anyone receiving this companies fake plastic items can contact their local ombudsman to file a formal complaint. Nike also receives and investigates fake items if you send them in. The company is liable to return your money, and can be prosecuted upon receiving your report from Nike as to the authenticity of the item. Highly recommend doing so, so that these rip-off companies get put out of business.

Extremely disappointed!!!! I ordered a designer item (on sale) and Farfetch sent me the incorrect item (not once but twice). I was then brave (or stupid) enough to re order the item again…and eventually, some 2 weeks later, I was told the item was now out of stock. And I should expect my refund within 14 days. Outrageous!!!

I bought a swarovski bangle from them and they just sent me a box nothing inside Im so disappointed and waste of time as I need it badly for nextweek!!!!! And it cost 207 euros! Jesus! Give me back my refund! Never ever buy in this online shop! Im traumatized now its my first time ever ever in my life to experience this!

Refused a refund for faulty pair of shoes. Received a pair of shoes that fell apart after a few hours of wear. I sent it back to be looked at by the farfetch team who told me the fault was due to wear and tear. I don't think anyone who wears a pair of shoes for a few hours should expect them to fall apart, It's clearly poorly made and overpriced. Farfetch refused to give me a refund so I am pursuing a refund via my credit card company. Terrible service from farfetch. I will never shop with them again.

I just compared dress photo from the Farferch website (top) with one on the official Versace website (bottom)... This...isn't the sam dress, I'm genuenly questioning if they are selling fakes now.

I have been a Farfetch customer for many years now, always happy with all of my purchases. But recently I purchased a Gucci bag from them, expecting the full luxury experience as always, including branded packaging and certificates. Unfortunately, the bag arrived in a simple carton box, wrapped in tons of white paper as if I ordered it on some Chinese website! I have paid for this bag €1.200 (the full price as it is sold in Gucci boutiques), so the least I was expecting was the bag to be in its original branded packaging, which incudes box, dustbag, tags and certificates etc. The only thing I got with the bag was the dustbag, and even that looked very questionable, since its color and material differed from the one I got in Gucci boutique! When I contacted customer support, their response was utterly dismissive: “We’re sorry to not reach your expectations,” and they blamed the brand for providing the item in this condition. Still, I don’t understand why do I have to pay the same amount for a designer bag wrapped in cheap paper that I would do for a bag bought directly from the store with all the branded packaging and accessories. Given the circumstances, they should have at least offered a partial refund for this terrible experience, or give me back my free delivery option since I had to return the item. They refused to do so as they believe that they did everything right on their side! They failed to deliver on their promise of a premium experience and provided inadequate customer service when I raised my concerns. I will not be shopping here again and urge others to be cautious if expecting a genuine luxury shopping experience!
