“ Very unhappy with Farfetch Farfetch is a really terrible site for online shopping. I had a dreadful experience with them. I bought a really expensive shirt which was way too big for me. I tried to exchange it for a smaller size but they said they were unable to do that. That I had to return the shirt and get a refund then reorder the shirt. When I tried to return the shirt using their return guidelines I was unsuccessful. I tried on two separate occasions . I registered a return with them, I received the return labels which I attached to my return package. They ordered the courier to pick up the return which they gave me a collection date for. I stayed at home all day waiting for the courier which never arrived on either occasion. Nor did the courier contact me with any explanation. I asked Farfetch for an address that I could post (at my own expense) the shirt back to and they refused to give me an address. I found one on line and posted it back to Farfetch only to have the parcel returned to me. I communicated regularly with Farfetch about the problems i was having and they simply responded that it was most unfortunate. I have had to now incur the expense of having a dressmaker try to alter the shirt so that I can at least get some wear out of it. The alterations have completely ruined the shirt. Be warned do not shop with Farfetch you will only end up out of pocket and very disappointed. Their returns policy is a complete farce ”

“ I read these reviews too late. I purchased a Balmain gents t-shirt.It arrived in a jiffy bag.Not what you expect when paying £200. I returned the item as I felt it looked fake. Filled in all the appropriate returns details. A month later the package was " returned to sender" it had been refused at customs . Cheated Never Shop with Farfetch Frauds. ”

“ This appears to be a fraudulent company, not only to the basic returns or cancellation policy mislead the customer but they indicate forms that need to be filled with no link to download the forms whatsover. ”

“ PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SITE!! I ordered 3 items from Farfetch and had issues with each one of them. The items purchased were supposed to be brand new since I paid full price. They came to me in used condition. scratch marks on all 3 bags! Customer service is terrible. They don’t support their customers. Returns are painful and difficult. Never purchasing from them again!! ”

“ Buyer Beware! Buy direct and dont use Farfetch. I paid full price for Gucci Horsebit slippers which are too small and they say their partner can not return or exchange for a larger size! Very sad that even though the National Retail Federation has urged extended return policies -Farfetch is not granting me an exception. They are not extending the return policy even though everyone was told to buy early due to shortages and shipping delays due to supply chain problems. Kudos to Best Buy for allowing purchases in Mid-Oct for returns until mid-Jan!!! Farfetch is not being reasonable!!!! ”

“ I ordered trainers end of august, my daugher didn’t like them so arranged return via DHL as per their returns protocol. Arranged for 2/9, collected by DHL. No refund Issues, Ive been told they never received, investigated and now case closed. It’s crazy. They are so unhelpful, take days to reply, I’ve sent proof off collection, but they not interested. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ”
