“I bought my boyfriend a pair of TNs that I couldn't get in Australia, he was after a plain black pair and found the ones he wanted on Fetch. I ordered 6 days ago and they arrived 4 days later sent from overseas to me in Australia. they sent the correct item and the correct size so my experience has been nothing but good.”

“I don't understand the numerous negative reviews. I ordered from Far Farfetch twice already and they were shipped to Philippines in less than 2 weeks through DHL. Both items (Off-white bags) are absolutely authentic and no damages. //KT”

“ha ha if you are rich enough to buy these, just don't return it. All these bad comments are specifically about return issues because they cannot afford to lose $500 on items they don't like after trying them on. ha ha”

“I don't know why there are so many negative reviews! I have made more than 5 orders from Farfetch ever since 2018, I've never had a problem. Customer service is excellent. It's one of the best luxurious shopping websites out there and I used it the most. They partnered with boutiques around the world and all their stuff is legit. Please take negative reviews with a grain of salt!”

“Great app, very quick and easy to follow. Accept paypal which is always a plus sign for me for safety reasons. Reasonable prices and all items are sent via courier so even though coming from the EU they arrived within 1 week and were extremely well packaged. Definately use again”
