I received a message saying my items are non returnable or qualified for a store credit. What the hell am i supposed to do with 3, size (1X) bathing suits I can't fit??? And I dont get my $82 dollars back?. Never ever again. You cant even speak to a customer representitive over the phone anymore. It took them two days to respond to my email for a payment issue I had when i first placed my order. Now this.. This is the worst customer customer service ever. They need to be sued !!!”

“Terrible customer service. Will not cancel order even though it has not been packed nor will they change the shipping status when their system glitched and removed one day shipping and replaced it with 3 to 7 day shipping. You would think it the packaged hasn't been packed it could be cancelled ( so I could REORDER and ultimately spend MORE money since the sale ended just to receive the items needed on time). None of these are options and now I'll have to wait for it to be shift and pay to reship everything because they simply will not accommodate an updated shipping time frame. The one day shipping was FREE so why would I select the 3 to 7 day option? Their unwillingness to help with their system glitched is disappointing. Especially if I'm willing to pay just to have them arrive faster. Terrible customer service practices.”

“This company does not care about their customers they just want you to continue to buy products from them. If something happens to your package through delivery like missing or stolen they claim they will not give you a refund or replacement! I requested that UPS to put my package behind the front screen door and they didn't listen to my instructions and just sit it on my porch in the open when it can be stolen or missing? Their delivery carrier does not care about your instructions they do what they want with the customers packages and Fashion nova does not care either. All they want is your money they are evil minded snakes that just take your money!! Do not buy products from Fashionnova cause if you have an issue with delivery they will not help you in anyway!!!”

They sent a dress that I ordered on the sight DAMAGED and when I tried to return it they stated that it cannot be returned. This company knew that there are problems with the dress that is exactly why they hid that final sale in tiny, tiny letters. Run as fast as you can from fashionnova.”

“SCAM COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED. I ordered 4 items from this company a month later my order still never turned up. Tried to contact the company - they absolutely refused to give me my money back. Refused to even address the issues I had pointed out in my complaints email and said they won’t refund me the money. They literally stole the money from me without giving me any products in return. Please please save yourself the hassle shop anywhere else but this company. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Still to this point I am trying to fight for my money back having received NO products from them and they still refuse. DO NOT USE THEM I IMPLORE YOU. “I had the worst experience with "Fashion Nova" that I've ever had with any company ever! I placed an order with them, and I never received my order, and i never received a refund either. I've been in contact with them since day one, I have over 20 correspondence with them, and just want my money back! I worked too hard for my money for them to just be fraudulent and keep my money without sending me the items I ordered. This is a really bad look on "Fashion Nova" shame on you.”
