“I love Fashion Nova!! I appreciate how they rip their customers off by having pretty Instagram girls promote their bottom of the barrel clothing that makes holes after 10 days of wear. It’s admirable that their products contribute to the widespread environmental impact of fast fashion. Their crappy customer service takes the cake. I’m a firm believer that FN produces good and ethical apparel because I’m such a tasteless idiot!”

“Im not usually one to shop online for clothes, since I'm so small, but, when I saw a dress on your site I had to have it! I recieved my order just days after ordering! And the product!!! “I'm usually skeptical about buying clothes online because you never know how they're going to fit once you get them and then if they don't fit you have to send them back, but with Fashion Nova I was pleasantly surprised. Their clothes fit perfectly and are good quality for the price. I'm in love with their sweaters. I will definitely be a returning customer.”

“I truly rate them a 3/5!!! Good: Fashion Nova Good prices, you buy what you pay for, good deals, variety of clothing, comfortable clothing and great shipping. Bad: App, Website, Shopping Cart and Search why is it what on the app I cannot view my wishlist but on the website I can? Each time I have something in the shopping cart my items disappear. I had $300+ worth of clothes disappear from my shopping cart! I had to go back and look for the clothes again and I know I didn't add all I wanted the second time! That needs to be fixed. When I look for something specific in the search bar. I see products completely unrelated to what I am looking for! When I sort through the items I searched for it takes a too many pages to get through until I finally see what I was looking for which is frustrating and a waste of time!”
