“I ordered a pair of jeans and they were sent to the wrong address, Australia post didn’t want to take any blame for this as they were signed for from a person that doesn’t exist so when I emailed fashion nova to tell them I havnt received them it was not signed for by me, they never answered my emails.so I won’t ever buy anything from them again. Happy to take your money but not happy to help solve an issue.”

“I love the return policy. Return policies are easy if something isn't the right size. I ordered three pair of jeans two weeks ago and one of them didn't fit quite right. I contacted the customer services and they were well accommodating and tended to me professionally. I got my right fit the next day.”
