“Never have a problem with ordering always come in real quick even with regular shipping the only reason I gave a 4 star was because I have to pay everytime I return a item..... But on the up scale returns are made quick with no problem”

“Ordered 5 items -all fitted perfect,however the quality of Buenos Aeries cardigan/jumpsuit was really bad."Sounds like fun"bodysuit is amazing,bandage skirt & the "Chapter Close"blouse I've ordered are also very nice:fitting+quality is very good. Delivery to Dubai was quiet fast & info/updates correct.Customer service agents are efficient & helpful too.And prices are very good for the product.”

“I have ordered from Fashion Nova 3 times and each time i’ve been very happy. If you are ordering internationally like me (to Ireland) you may run into problems with paying taxes via GFS which can seem like a scam but it is 100% legitimate. It took exactly 2 weeks for my parcel to arrive (i ordered 5 dresses) and each one was perfect. The quality was great and the size matched. I recommend reading all reviews on their clothing carefully to guide your decisions and avoid problems. There customer service always responds within 24 hours and are quite helpful (i emailed about 3 times because i get worried and paranoid easily but each purchase i’ve made ended up being successful)”

“I will happily buy from them again! Quality doesnt suck and they actually fit true to size. I am 5'9.5 145 pounds and a medium or size 7 or 9 fits perfectly. For the prices you cant go wrong.”

“I have always shopped from them since 2017, and I’ve never had any problems with my orders. The shopping sometimes takes little longer, but I’ve always got my items in a good condition and right sizes. I love their discounts, and i got 50 percent off on Black Friday deal which was awesome. Never had any issues. I love their clothes and the affordable prices. ❤️”

“Okay so, here is an HONEST review from someone who has been shopping on Fashion Nova for a long time. There are cons and pros to buying from this site and I will list them all here. The CONS of this site are: - A LOT of clothes are see through so AVOID anything white in my opinion. - You have to pay for returns and a lot of items are final sale, so what you buy is what you get almost unless you wanna pay to get a new one it's not really worth it. - Customer service sucks and they hardly will ever get back to you. The PROS of this site are: - I've gotten some of the best clothes from this site. My favorite items are jeans and bodysuits. Anything black will always be a good buy. Shoes are amazing too. - I'm personally not plus size but they have a wide selection for those who are and models displaying it. - I've never had an issue with something fitting me wrong, I love the way their clothes fit me. - I see a lot of comments about shipping. I usually get overnight and never had an issue. If you order on a non business day or AFTER a certain time, it won't be 1 day, it will be 2 day. So make sure you read the fine print when choosing shipping and look at the time. -They ALWAYS have a 30% off coupon. Use the google chrome extension called HONEY and you will always find a coupon. TL;DR I REALLY love the clothes i've gotten on Fashion Nova but i've done a lot of trial and error with what to order. Don't order anything white and pay attention to the size chart. Pay attention to the time/day you are ordering if using overnight shipping or IT WILL be 2 day.”

“I bought a few of there matching sets and they are exactly what I was expecting!! All the pieces have great matieral are comfortable and so sexy for a good price Fashion nova really has good matching set and great quality jeans every woman needs to check them out from casual wear to dressy to even sexy work wear!!”

“I just got Fashion Nova’s Living in a Dream formal dress and I’m IN. LOVE. I was a little nervous it wasn’t going to make it in time by NYE and it did. I have gotten so many Fashion Nova dresses for special occasions and they are truly the best at making a statement and hugging every curve! The last dress I ordered before this never made it to me in time, because they were moving to a new distribution center, so I was bummed about that. But I did receive a full refund. I think they DEFINITELY need to work on their customer service, as I’ve read so many people not receiving anything from Black Friday even. It’s very hard to get in touch with their customer service center... hopefully they work on that, as well as their inventory on their website. I would say if you want to order, try not to order a ton of items at once, order a month in advance just to be safe, and steer away from popular times of ordering. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because their clothing always makes me feel so confident!”

“I have shopped with Fashionnova twice and have to say I definitely will be again. I haven't had any issues with my purchases every thing fit just right!( I saw alot of negative reviews and I am sorry some encountered issues.) My deliveries have been on time as stated. I am a happy customer!”
