“I love the cargo mini dress I received from fashion nova. It’s pretty without being cutesy, just the way I want it. The material is good, too. Most online stores cheap out on material and give out dresses with thin fabrics.”

“Wish I didn’t have to give them even 1 star! After submitting an affidavit for an item they said was delivered and never was, I spoke with Jose at FashionNova. He told me that even though their Tracking number said my package was delivered as a return item to Amazon of all places, we were the ones responsible?!! I guess we should have waited at the Amazon warehouse and waited there! They refuse to reimburse us for a package that was never delivered!! You guys better pray they deliver it to the right address because if they don’t you will NEVER get your money back! But you WILL get a run around!! Consumer Affairs is next!”

“Fashion Nova’s shapewear section has a lot of different items for different areas of the body women want to deal with. I happen to have a lot of issues with my figure and I’m very impressed with the way the shapewear holds up without you having to constantly adjust.”

“I have purchased so many things from Fashion Nova and I love how fast their shipping has been...to me anyhow. HOWEVER I truly hate the fact that they have a no return policy and everything is exchange and their return structure is horrible. I got a package and I was missing the pants to a set. I returned over $100 worth of clothing on the 13th of January, it is now January 27th and tracking still says its in transit. I have emailed them a thousand times and they keep responding with the same messages saying that its on its way to them. I want to use the credit to get other things but its such a hassle to have to return stuff and then wait almost a month just to get a credit. I am truly debating if I will be shopping there again.”

“FN has the best delivery service. Online shops can be dragging with their shipping and most won’t care for you after they get your money. FN has held up their end by being on time and by delivering the items in good shape.”

“FashionNovas brush sets have pretty great quality. Normally I wouldn’t buy brushes unless I could hold them before purchasing for assessment. FashionNova’s brush sets don’t all apart easily and they maintain their shape well.”

“BUYER BEWARE! They stole my money and never responded in a timely manner. I contacted them on multiple occasions and I was always given a generic response. I tried to make a return and their website failed, and they didn’t return my request for help for three days, and I never got the money back I paid to return an item I couldn’t return anymore. Never buying from them again. It’s a shame too. Their clothes are cute.”
