“Ordered pants and I noticed immediately frayed threads and zipper stuck. Completely faulty and zipper completely faulty!! Emailed them with picture and they claim item was worn so no refund!! Fraudulent company and cheaply made items now!! “I ordered these shoes on February 27th and still have not received them yet today is March 27, 2022 FashionNova's policy is once it leaves their company they don't care from there, FashionNova uses the delivery company LaserShip who is known for package stealing, they claim they take photos of the package at your door but when ask to produce the photos you get nothing and if that's no bad enough PayPal has changed things it doesn't work for you but the the company as long as a shipping label has been made Pay pal doesn't care if your purchase hasn't been delivered I refuse to pay for shoes that I ordered for myself just to end up on some unknown persons feet, I also refuse to sign a statement say they were stolen in the 7 yrs I've lived here I've never had a package stolen.”

“I like Fashion Nova for the most part, but there customer service HORRIBLE now! You can't call in, and the online service sucks! I've only received a few items I didn't like or tore up fast, so that's not so bad considering how much I bought from them. If they could improve their Customer Service that would make a whole lot of people happy, I'm sure!!”

“Overall, I think they're decent. I've purchased my share of items. However, this "Black Friday" sale of 50% off, is not so much. What they did, was raise the "original"price and then reflect their sale price to us. Example, shoes listed last week for $15.99 are $21.99 this week - marked down from "$44.99". So, you think it's a sale but it's the price they were charging from the beginning. Many sites tend to think we don't take screenshot's and see the difference newsflash..(we do). If shopping on there be prepared to spend money having the clothes altered to fit you accordingly or buying one size smaller than the other, only to return the one that doesn't fit as good. Like I said, over all - they're decent but don't make it a habit because it'll hurt your pockets. One other thing, they always promise and offer %10 off...I have yet to get that same %10 off of anything and according to them offering it to me as compensation, I have about four of them at the least - yet, again...have yet to be able to use it on anything because the site didn't allow it. So, I stopped shopping with them as much...next!😐”

“I see a lot of people talking about the tracking. It kind of worried me also so I tried to get information on my package from chat support, but during that time there was no agents available. This is what I am going to suggest. As soon as FN chat support opens for you; 7am PST & 10 EST. Type in agent. Then ask your agent for a tracking number.”

“UPDATE!!! So I ordered 11/28/2020 with the black friday sale. My package was supposed to been delivered 12/08/2020 fashion nova really sucked with the updates. So I called UDS and they said my package wasn't with them yet to call fashion nova and OFCOURSE they shut down their call center due to “covid” 🙄 12/13/2020 I looked on the fashion nova website again and noticed a little more information which was to basically contact onelivex. I emailed (onelivemedia.com) and they instantly replied back to me saying if the email I sent was regarding my package that my package would be sent before or on the holiday. I used my tracking number on the UDS site and my package was out for delivery. I just received my package a hour ago and I love everything in it. I always shop with fashion nova and they’re always quick to deliver my package I think it was just this black friday sale. Fashion nova needs to be better equipped and prepared when they do sales like 90% off.”

“UPDATE!!! So I ordered 11/28/2020 and my package was supposed to come 12/08/2020 for my birthday which is today 12/15 but it was stuck at woodridge,IL. Today (12/15) I got my package I was able to track it through UDS once they received it from fashion nova. Ofcourse I had to contact onelivex and they instantly emailed me back saying my package would be here before or on the holiday. This is onelivex email: onelivemedia.com. Don't pay attention to fashion nova tracking because they are all off. Contact UDS and if they say they haven't got your package email onelivex. Best of luck ladies and gents I think we all learned a lesson here.”

“(Customer service # at bottom of review) First time I ordered it said my order was delivered on a Friday .. it never was and I was FREAKING OUT ! First order with them too ?? Oh hell nah ! Lmao But it DID come the following Monday , with my 3 other orders 😍 Smooth sailing , right ?? WRONG !!!!! Nowwwwwwww I have a package that got to the destination facility on 8/21/20 and has since been “lost” . OnTrac wants me to contact FN , but FN didn’t LOSE it !!! Smh Anyway , here’s their customer service phone number ! Hope it helps someone else !! 1800-866-0286”

“Fashion Nova is starting to become trash. They claim to have an easy return system but they don’t. Also the supposed customer service email is 24/7. Nope!! And then they state someone will email you back within 23/48 hrs. Nope!!! These people sent me the wrong size and it’s taking the act of God to get it returned.”

“I gave three stares because I would shop at their store. They have cute clothes with an affordable price. I would not order online from them again. If you make a return it is in store credit only and you have to pay for shipping back a product you’re not satisfied with.”

“i ordered an order worth $300 and i got free shipping because i spent over a certain amount anyways it was supposed to come within 5-10 business days and it didnt, i would also check the estimated delivery date every couple days and every time i checked it would go up a couple days. then i got worried because i read many bad reviews about it being a scam. i contacted fashion nova after waiting a month (keep in mind i live in aus, so i thought it was taking a long time because i lived so far away) anyways the lady got back to me after a couple days and gave me details on how i can track my order, after about 4 or 5 days my order came, i know people have so many mixed opinions but i pray that you all get your orders!! btw, the clothing was all fairly nice, wish i swapped a couple of the sizes but yeah not too bad”

Never had any problems until March17.I placed an order 17 March and l received tracking number but since then l have been trying to track it the answer l get is no updated information at the moment.l have emailed fashionnova several times but really your team doesn't help at all.For the time being l have decided l will not be ordering anything from them until l get my order.”

“Quality of some items is really horrible:ordered jumpsuit which fitted okay,worned once & fabric got ruined-disposable!An other item :a dress fitted okay,but quality of fabric is not good-have thrown both items in a waste bin.Cotton jumpsuit they brought looks and fits amazing,hope the quality is okay.Still waiting for the skirt and a blouse.Customer service agents are quick and helpful & delivery to Dubai was quick as well.”

“they can't think of returning anything, they charge you for shipping after you deduct something from the cost of the purchase and then they give you a supposed bonus that I still haven't been able to use, I'm still waiting for an order that wasn't what I wanted I sent them an email that supposedly they were going to answer me and nothing turns out to be that the wrong item is on its way, the truth is that I don't know whether to continue shopping at FN”

“It's nice clothes for the low , but the return policy is ass . I literally don't understand how your not going to accept the product back even if it was on sell . I bought a jacket that was size 1x & it didn't fit so i didn't know that i wasnt able to return the jacket . I bought some jeans the same day that was a regular size 15 & my jeans felt tight , but since those jeans were on sale as well i can't return them.”
