“ NEVER USE NEXT DAY DELIVERY as it will never happen! I have ordered a present for my mum at 10am for PREMIUM NEXT DAY delivery to be delivered on my mum's birthday, and it never arrived next day! It might arrive the day after but I also had a bad experience that the parcel from Feelunique never arrived at all they use Yodel which is very unreliable! The order is over £300 i hope it will arrive otherwise my mum will be left without a present on her birthday - thanks Feelunique! You should consider changing Yodel as your delivery service as it ruins people's trust whether the order will actually arrive or not! ”
