“I recently purchased x2 bosch 5ah pro batts but didnt get them, and after days of wrangling the top notch jordan from cs finally got the faff sorted and they eventually arrived, so thanks to jordan, sam, dan from cs i recieved them plus a couple of freebies 👍😉 which was a very nice gesture”

“Purchased a DeWalt product via the FFX eBay shop at a sale price, when arrived an accessory had been damaged in transit due to poor packing. Only option offered by FFX was to return whole product for refund and re-purchase at a higher price as sale had ended.”

“Payed for a circular saw. Went and paid for item to then find its currently out off stock. There website did not say it was out off stock because I wouldn't have ordered this. Then been told it has just came into store and will be sent out tomorrow morning. Still waiting. Ordered off here loads but will just be sticking with its London from now on”

“I've had an aweful experience with FFX. The item I ordered 9 days ago was in stock, but still hasn't been dispatched. I've had no communication from them and only found out anything when I called them, when I was then lied to about the item being sent that day. Then the next day when I called it hadn't been dispatched and was being sent that day (again). Again the next day I called as it hasn't been dispatched, and again I was told it was being dispatched that day again. I would like a refund and I will buy the items from elsewhere, however I cannot get a refund from FFX. I will not be using FFX again and I would not recommend them to anyone. Unreliable, liars, poor communication and generally a bunch of let downs”

“Rated 1 out of 5 stars Updated 37 minutes ago Don't buy from ffx Give you a BS time frame to purchase a item for delivery next day and stay in all day no show. Plus to find 2 debit orders for the same item.....what a joke....first and last time I buy from ffx..Best service and price from Powertools,ITS and Amazon.. 14th November and still No item received.....NO further reply from matey that responded to my rating!!!!!!????? NO reply from my email sent to ffx customer service regarding a refund for a double debit from my bank account....Appalling service....have never experienced anything like this from Powertools,ITS,Amazon and many more....... Date of experience: November 11, 2023”

“Bought a pressure washer from them, had nothing but issues, it’s been returned three times. I’ve asked for a replacement or refund, been told it’s beyond the 30 days where they care about their customer so now I have a £625 lump of metal that’s useless. First time trying FFX but I will be going back to Sam Turner in future as they have great customer service and seem to care about their customers.”

“If you are looking for next day delivery as promised forget it. I have now used this company twice and neither times has this happened. This time I really needed a new Dewalt Pinner asap as mine stopped working so ordered on the Thursday for delivery on Friday. Nothing, tried calling but no lines open so live chat at 8.20 to be told not dispatched and wouldn’t be until Tuesday now no attempt to try and see of other alternatives so ended up paying an extra £18 to have a Sunday delivery by the same courier that Ffx use but with a different supplier Avoid”

“I purchased a Makita lxt grinder and the picture showed a macpack case that comes with it. They didn't send me a macpack case and now taken it of their website when called the woman was abrupt and slightly rude and then wanted to charge me £5.99 to return it as it there issue. I am 💯 sure it should have come with a macpack case but they deny it but now it has been removed no way to prove it. Last time I use FFX tool”

“I have bought many tools and equipment over the last few years. delivery has been second to none. prices are good (not always the cheapest) I buy from FFX as I have total trust in them. I have just recieved a diamond blade, delivered in about 28 hours. Keep up the good work. Thank you.”

“SCAMMERS, AVOID!! Yasin Afzal-Woodward and Beth Stanton-McGee@ FFX both claim to have not received my return despite my local Post Office (Hadleigh) advising me it was sent back. Its been 5-6 weeks of chasing this company up for a refund they dont want to give. FFX are intentionally delaying the refund Avoid using this tool supplier, they are SCUMBAG SCAMMERS”

“Ordered item on 5th April for next day delivery. Here we are on 11th and still nothing? Yet they keep on using the same courier, obviously saving money on delivery costs is more important than their customers!”

“take multiple payments from your bank placed 1 order, took 3 payments, after 5 days still not cancelled the other 2, no help at all when contacted. wouldn't use ever again. lost a days pay trying to sort this. Date of experience: 22 February 2023”

“Absolute joke. How many orders do you have to place before they get it right. Absolute joke Ordered a makita caulk gun waiting on next day delivery didn't even send it out so had to refund, Then ordered makita sds drill, makita radio and battery on next day delivery. Dpd delivered (another useless company) but only the battery was delivered called up and they said only battery was sent. Once again refunded. Ok 3rd time lucky surely they can't get it wrong again can they????? Then ordered a makita makpac trolly and 5 boxes, I called and asked will it be delivered tomorrow they said 100% guess what only half the order sent to dpd and called dpd about time of delivery and they said its being held as it wasn't delivered to them in time for next day delivery. Had to call again and get a refund. 3 times placing an order and 3 times they screwed it up. Orders totalling over 700 quid. Which I've had to go elsewhere everytime. You'd of thought they would want the business. Seriously how hard can it be to see an order and pick it send it out for delivery its not rocket science. If I run my business like that I'd very soon run out of customers. Maybe that's what there going for.”

“I have bought several tools from FFX over the past year or so, the service has been excellent, one order made after 10 o'clock on a Sunday evening arrived before 10am the next morning. Prices are in my experience the best I could get and every order has arrived very quickly.”
