terrible refund service its as though they go out of their way to make it difficult to return anything in the hope you will eventually give up

Sent me a table saw with a generous cup in the fence and won't refund it as I opened just after the returns window. Terrible company. Won't use again.

Purchased a DeWalt product via the FFX eBay shop at a sale price, when arrived an accessory had been damaged in transit due to poor packing. Only option offered by FFX was to return whole product for refund and re-purchase at a higher price as sale had ended.

NO further reply from matey that responded to my rating!!!!!!????? NO reply from my email sent to ffx customer service regarding a refund for a double debit from my bank account.

Bought a pressure washer from them, had nothing but issues, it’s been returned three times. I’ve asked for a replacement or refund, been told it’s beyond the 30 days where they care about their customer so now I have a £625 lump of metal that’s useless. First time trying FFX but I will be going back to Sam Turner in future as they have great customer service and seem to care about their customers.

SCAMMERS, AVOID!! Yasin Afzal-Woodward and Beth Stanton-McGee@ FFX both claim to have not received my return despite my local Post Office (Hadleigh) advising me it was sent back. Its been 5-6 weeks of chasing this company up for a refund they dont want to give. FFX are intentionally delaying the refund Avoid using this tool supplier, they are SCUMBAG SCAMMERS

Absolute joke Ordered a makita caulk gun waiting on next day delivery didn't even send it out so had to refund, Then ordered makita sds drill, makita radio and battery on next day delivery.

well it's well past the weekend it's the 6/12/22 When I contacted them for a refund they didn't seem that bit bothered about messing me around, I even said I have to keep chasing you up.

FFX is ok if you never have an issue with a product, but returns, repairs and refunds, all the after sales customer services are the worst I have ever experienced. They have lost my repaired drill twice, the customer service team have never called me back when they promise to do so and the refund has taken weeks. I will never use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone.
