FibreGlassDirect is an online shop which supplies quality, fibreglass raw materials to the UK and Ireland. We are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and our Head Office is in Newry, Northern Ireland.
We have been online since 2009 but have over 60 years of experience as part of the Tricel Group.
We offer an extensive range of resins, topcoats, gelcoats and ancillaries for a wide range of industries. Some of our key supplies are used for Fibreglass Flat Roofing, Fibreglass Ponds, Boat Repairs and Castings for Decorative Items.

“Good service and goods from fibreglass direct but I wouldn't recommend their carrier xpd as 2 of my packages arrived with damage, a crumple blow to a 25 litre of resin which they are lucky did not start leaking and a crushed box package inside which they managed to break fibreglass trims but luckily not burst 2 smaller time of top coat also in there..”

“All the items came quickly and efficiently by courier, no grumbles. We bought trims as well, these were slightly damaged in transit but were perfectly usable.”

“Complete shambles! Waited more than a week for my delivery. Once they confirmed a delivery date they were still late, didn't deliver all items and some items arrived damaged. A container of leaking, flammable, liquid left on my front step in 30C+ weather and the delivery guy didn't even bother to ring the bell or knock on the door. Spent hours chasing with FBD and the delivery company over three days and still haven't had all items delivered. My project stalled as a result. Would not recommend.”

“I've used fibreglass many years ago for canoes etc, but this was my first job for years, so I'll class myself as a complete novice. I had a small flat roof to do, so I watched their videos, and ordered a 5m2 600gsm flat roof kit with 4 trims and a bandage roll. very fast delivery, and the kit was good, I wasn't short of anything, and didn't have a massive excess left over. There did seem to be quite a lot of catalyst for the amount of resin in the kit, so I rang to check I was doing it right, and got a very helpful response even though it was last thing on a Friday. Really really pleased with the results, I'll use this firm again and I have no hesitation in recommending them.”
