“Quality going down....overpriced Ordered size3 and couldnt even get my foot in FLUMA Chunky ankle boot! bad design And for some reason the only size they dont do half sizes in?? Why? Also didnt deduct %offer off price when i paid”

“I don’t know what I was expecting, being my first pair of fit flops… but I am overall disappointed with them… they feel “cheap” when of course, they are not… we will see!!! Oh, I like the colour of them though. Plus, they were delivered to my old address, even though I called up instantly, and was assured the address had been changed.”

“I was trying to order sandals ,got through all procedures and at the end when I authorised my card - the item is out of stock!? Why it was not mentiond on the site?? They never answered my mails! Then there is a lot of scam sites using there logo, people can get deceived easily,I wrote this- no answer! I like this brand and was buying in the shop before long but the experience with on- line ordering was bad!!!”

“Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of high tops and to my dismay immediately tried to cancel due to incorrect sizing. FitFlop WOULD NOT cancel my order, even though it was not in shipping mode. To add insult to that, FitFLOP charges you for the return and a "SERVICE" fee for restocking. A representative I spoke with told me that I would not be required to pay for shipping to return. Obviously, they were wrong. I will no longer be a fitFLOP customer after this.”

“Great shoes rubbish customer service. I rang on 26th August as returned shoes had gone astray. Advised they would contact warehouse and get back - now 3rd Sept - nothing. Have rang and they the answerphone message on saying to ring during opening hours!! It is!!”

“Customer service really sucks. There is no process in place to contact anyone. I placed an order and got 'your order is on it's way' two weeks ago and still no shoes and no help to track the order. They use Canpar in Canada which also has no customer support. This has been a very frustrating experience”

“The soles are not tough enough to withstand tiny rocks etc causing grooves and tearing pieces of bottom off.”
