“This company DOES make great shoes BUT NO CUSTOMER service, They sent the wrong size boots and today , a month after I returned they still dont return my money, their 800 number does not “solve those issues they only sell” My God , be careful dont buy these shoes online,”

“I have loved Fitflops for years but lately the quality has gone down. I dont know why though. Customer Service is also getting bad. Very sad.”
