There is no customer service at Fiverr, they only have AI customer service. I am not sure if this is allowed but his username on Fiverr is Mike Oliver and he is from Pakistan.”

“I’ve been a loyal Fiverr user, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I hired a seller for a project, but the delivered work was full of fraudulent practices and copyright violations. As someone without programming skills, I initially couldn't verify the quality myself, but the seller was struggling with their team to get the software working. They were practically begging me to mark the order as complete, and in good faith, I did.
After a month of continued issues with the software, I had a programmer from Holland review the code, and he discovered that the seller had copied content from different applications into mine. After confronting the seller, they agreed to cancel the orders (#FO83193B8C708 and #FO61E7330EA84), but despite this mutual agreement and solid evidence of fraud, Fiverr refuses to issue a refund.
Fiverr's position is that, because the orders were completed more than 14 days ago, I’m not eligible for a refund. However, this isn’t just a case of delayed dissatisfaction – the work was clearly fraudulent from the start, and I’ve provided Fiverr with extensive evidence, including a document detailing the issues and screenshots of the seller admitting fault and agreeing to the cancellation.
To make matters worse, the seller has refused to return the money directly, leaving me with no choice but to rely on Fiverr’s mediation. Unfortunately, Fiverr’s support has been unhelpful, sticking to their policies rather than addressing the fact that I was scammed.
Fiverr’s marketplace should be a safe place for buyers, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. I trusted Fiverr to help resolve fraudulent activity, but their lack of action has me considering legal steps and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies.
This experience has completely shattered my trust in Fiverr. If you’re considering using Fiverr, be cautious, especially when it comes to their refund policies and handling of seller misconduct. I sincerely hope Fiverr takes action to protect buyers in the future, and I still hope I can recover some of the money I’ve lost.”

After completing and tipping (fiverr takes a fee of both project and tips) I started to receive cold solicitations for work. As as Seller , Firstly they will let you run your services as long as you need , charging the most famous highest rate ever of 20% and another from the Buyer , then they would anytime suspend your gigs and kick you out specially when their algorithm makes your gigs shine on the top of a Buyer choices "unless" you start to "spend" what you earned on their platform , promoting your gigs or taking a training or whatsoever! The simplest way of doing it is picking up the easiest reason "Not complying with our Community Standard / Integrity / Policy " !! A policy that I doubt any of their staff read or understood ! Or whatever comes on their way !! They tend to find all the ways to diminish your business and they would accept anything from anyone of their Buyers that helps on that as long as it is against you!
P.S: Their decisions cannot be "undone" and not "discussable" :)
As a Buyer , nothing special on the platform except a huge enormous security system that hinders the innovation and the proper discussions with Sellers !! On other similar platform , you can Video call the Seller through any meeting app ! In fiverr , the maximum would be to find a data entry specialist ! They are trying to expand .. true , but with their mentality in how business and innovation being managed, how would you expect to have a Business Plan through a seller from USA , who is not vetted and probably staying in Bangladesh and not the cute lady that you see her profile photo ! Only cause the platform read the IP address , easy to bluff !”

I am a second tier seller on Fiverr and in six months my sales exceeded $16,278.
But my order number on #FO71AF87781C5 got canceled after buyer accepted my delivery.
I complained about this to Fiverr support but after 15 days I still got nothing, because of this the order fulfillment ratio decreased and I became a new seller.
And the main thing is debt fever has added $668.25 to my account and they are deducting this money from my other orders.
I have never seen such poor service anywhere, it is very bad and sad too.”

By deleting user accounts they, in fact, prevent users from accessing their data, which is illegal in their country. Also, I have enough HARD-COPY documented material proof and evidence to bury these xewish scammers together with their YuckWee gods.
Yes, they do publish positive reviews about their own business and they do send THOUSANDS of spambombs a day.”
