There should have been free wifi on the bus. Driver said no wifi. I complained and asked for partial refund. They replied "our records indicate that this ticket is non-refundable and has no refund value. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate your request."

Don't give preference to flix bus or avoid using flix bus, flix bus not gives contact number of driver before departure

The worst service in the world, do not use this company under any circumstances. Customer support is zero, they are late for an hour or more, because of which you can miss your flight, as in my case. You will end up using alternative transport, and they will not even refund you for the unused ticket. There are many competitors that leave this company and its service far behind. Thanks for your attention!

Avoid Flix bus India, the bus didn't stopped at the pickup location it just passed by and I lost my trip, my time and money. I send proof to them I was standing at the time and place the app show and their answer was ridiculous they just said that it did stop. I hope some HONEST staff can take a look at this request: 43785828

The worst bus ride from Edmonton to Calgary!!!! Seats were very tight (and I’m a thin woman) , seat cushions were very uncomfortable & worn out, no internet when they advertise it, no phone plug ins; dirty toilet, & very unsafe pickup location! I will never travel by flix again & would not recommend it to ANYONE!!!!

Cancelled my family’s journey at 17:10 on a Sunday when travelling the next morning at 09:00. Just sent a txt and email. Can’t speak to anyone about it. Seriously people pay a bit more and go with national express. Shocking service

J’avais une réservation sur le FlixBus N779 au départ de Roissy CDG à 6H10 et à destination de Lille. Je me suis présenté à 6H02 à l’arrêt, j’ai vu un FlixBus me passer devant sans numéro d’identification. Pas inquiet vu mon avance, j’ai attendu 50mn pensant à un retard. Suite à mon appel au service client (en anglais uniquement) et à la recherche de localisation du bus sur le site, il s’est avéré que le chauffeur est parti en avance et donc sans m’attendre alors que son scan lui indiquait bien qu’un client (moi) était bien réservé sur son Bus. C’est incompréhensible, scandaleux et choquant, surtout lorsque l’on se lève aux aurores et que l’on travaille! Le remboursement du billet est une chose, qu’en est il du dédommagement?.. J’ai honte pour le chauffeur, franchement c’est inacceptable!.. S.Deltour

FlixBus uses deceptive pricing—ticket prices start high, only to drop dramatically days before departure. When I called customer service about changing my booking, I was hit with a $42 fee and forced to accept a credit instead of a refund. This scammy tactic leaves customers overpaying and stuck with unfair penalties.

The bus driver told me that I should sit anywhere when clearly I paid for the seat that someone else was sitting in. The bus driver was rude,disrespectful and diiscourteous yelling in my face. Furthermore he attempted to have me ejected from the bus. This will be my last Flixbus ride.

I would like to share my recent experience with the disappointing bus service. Worst bus staff; they asked me to come early, and if you ask for a refund, they will deny it. The journey was uncomfortable due to various issues that arose during the trip. Furthermore, the staff's behavior towards passengers was unprofessional and discourteous. This combination of poor service and rude staff created a very unpleasant travel experience. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the service for future passengers

I have another problem with FlixBus. On 06.01.2025, at 00.05 hours, I left Vilnius for Chemnitz (Germany). We got to the Kopin airport (Warsaw) without incident and delays, although with a dirty toilet and without water for washing hands. In Warsaw, it all began. The Talin-Berlin flight was 20 minutes late. The toilet in the bus was not only dirty, but even without water to flush the toilet and, accordingly, without water to wash hands. We did not arrive at the Berlin airport, where we were supposed to change to Chemnitz, at 14.30. As a result, at 16.30, we arrived at the Central Bus Station in Berlin. I received an SMS from FlixBus that I would have to look for what and how to get to Chemnitz myself, and then contact the company for compensation. I had to get there with a transfer in Dresden and spend an additional 28 euros. So, for 10 days I have been waiting for a response from FlixBus, to receive compensation for inconvenience and additional costs. I provided them with all the required documents, but 'the cart is still there'. You will have to contact a lawyer. FlixBus is the worst carrier I've ever used!! I do not recommend it from the word AT ALL!!

What an unpleasant experience we had with your company. We booked back in August to make sure we got everything we wanted for a long trip with your company. Little did we know that this was not to be. 1-We did not get a Flix bus we got something else 2- No WiFi was offered even when we asked 3- washrooms un useable and arrived dirty and were not cleaner for whole 11 hour journey. 4- you speak of leg room, there was none on this bus. 5- language only spoken in Italian and very little done to help us to understand even when we asked your drivers. We were brushed away. 6- seating plan on bus changed and therefore we did not get the seats we had requested. We are seasoned travelers, clients, and have used your services before, but I hate to say we will look elsewhere from now on and avoid your company. Shame you spend so much money on capturing clients and so little to maintain them.

On boxing day at 535pm ... the fijjian bus driver gave a lecture for a half hour about how great a bus driver he is... this isn't a comedy show... I wanna puke .. this clown is explaining his immigration status among other stupid things.... I wanna get off ....

Worst bus I have ever seen, they won't provide bus details correctly and bus driver won't contact us while boarding and they gave wrong information they left me and went i travelled so far and got bus at that time they are saying you are late so we sold your seat to another women, I booked the seat then how can they do this selling my seat to others and leaving me in boarding point, they went without passanger without intimation so worst I'll not recommend this bus to anyone

No customer support, they just took the money alone,denying all the request we made for 2 mints late... They didn't even make a call and verified. Very worst service we had ever seen, with our 15 years of booking in Redbus.

I swore never again to get ripped.off by flixbus/greyhound predatory tactics, and since then have traveled several times and given my business to Peter pan, which costs less. And actually provide the same service.
