“We visited Frankie & Benny's on Newport Road Cardiff. The food was excellent ( compliments to the chef) our waiter who's name is Ellis was very attentive. Everything very enjoyable.”

“We ordered the salmon and lasagna. The fries were very nice. The salmon was a good size portion but cooked dry and firm and a bit chewy in places. The vegetables, beans peas and broccoli, were firm with a bite but I think they may be pre-cooked from their tainted taste. The lasagna had a lot of soft nice flavoured pasta unfortunately it over powered the rest of this dish because the meat sauce wasn’t very flavoured And the white sauce is plain but at least it had soft mince through out, however I think It would benefit from a covering of cheese on top. If I made one for myself I’d use more mince meat and add a pinch I’d fresh herbs and coat grated cheese all over the top. That to me is a proper lasagna.”

“Served today by Jordan A at the Metro Centre. Very attentive, extremely pleasant and a lovely smile. Felt as if we were her Friends rather than customers. Helped us with the Meerkat App as first time we have used it. Breakfast was lovely, fresh and brought out really quickly. Thank you to Jordan x”

“Weston super mare, I went here yesterday with my girlfriend. The girl who served us couldn’t do enough for us as we made her aware that my girlfriend had a serious peanut allergy she came over with the iPad to show us what we can and cannot have food wise. The food came out fairly quick and the food was lovely as well as the service. Thank you. Jazz was our waitress too. 👊🏼”

“It was our youngest daughters !3th Birthday Party. She wanted to have a family meal for her birthday at Frankie & Benny's. She had a great time, we all did to be honest. Our waiter Stenphen Parker was very attentive and very helpful to all our needs. The food was good and tasty. Every members of the families had a great time. Thank you.”

“Ive just been to the washington branch and was very happy with the server stacey, she was chatty and interested in talking about veganism, it is very rare to find a restaurant that serves beautiful vegan meals like yourselves, keep it up frankie and bennys is my fave place to eat and always find out where they are wherever we go”

“I had arabiata with spaghetti. I don't know if you know but arabiata means angry. The sauce should have an element of fire. This sauce and spaghetti were tasteless. My wife had bolognaise with penne. All I could taste was salt. My wife is not well and I have recently had open heart surgery so I did not want to cause a fuss especially as I have to be very careful. I think this food was an insult to Italian cooking. My order no. Is 8970 the outlet is in Ashford, Eureka Park.”

“My daughter and I went to FnB at Nacton Rd Ipswich on 17/2/20, really enjoyed our evening, food was lovely, served by Brad and Aaron, even replaced our coffees which had gone cold. Will return again.”

“Restaurant in Basingstoke was quite empty at 5.30 on a Wednesday, but even still the service was quite slow. The biggest problem was during the meal my wife had two cups of tea and both times they came without milk so we asked the waitress for some for her to forget on both occasions. We had to go and get it ourselves. The food was warm and pretty tasteless.”
