“Our waitress Ionela was an absolute delight. She was very welcoming, helpful, polite and friendly. The food was excellent but Ionela was the ‘icing on the cake’ Looking forward to our next visit.”

“Tim was our waiter on my daughters 21st birthday lunch but we also had a 4 year old with us. His service couldn’t have been better. He was attentive to my granddaughter who started out quite shy and he sang happy birthday! Tim was generally just a really happy up beat guy but his attitude made our visit special. Thanks so much we will definitely be back.”

“Excellent service by Jessica. Excellent food, drinks and atmosphere. It was my birthday so they played the happy birthday song. It was special, thank you F&B staff. The only snag was that I did not like my apple pie dessert.”

“Nice atmosphere good service. Downside, a little pricey, (e. g. £3.40 for a side of chips, £7.00 for a gin. Two people for a starter, 1 drink and mains £50) Overall, food OK, but value for money not so good. There cheaper options that are better.”

“My daughter and I ate in the Ashford, Kent branch last Friday. Sally was exceptional in her service, helpful with suggestions and what to order as well as attentive and really friendly. Made a mother-daughter meal out really enjoyable and fun. Thank you”

“1st time I’ve been out for lunch since lockdown changes . Got my Cajun Chucken wrap ( which wasn’t on the menu ) . Delicious . Our server Kirsten was lovely and attentive .”
