The staff there are very friendly, especially, Rhys and Kelly, they are so accommodating, and go all out in making it a great experience for us. Service is brilliant, food is great. We always leave with a full belly and a smile on our faces. 😀👍 ”

“ The food was OK and the service was good, but oh!...how I was disappointed with Frankie and Benny's. There was none of the Wonderful fifties music in the background, no Italian lesson when I went to the bathroom, in other words, it's not Frankie and Benny's any more. The atmosphere is gone. Memories shattered. ”

He was attentive to my granddaughter who started out quite shy and he sang happy birthday! Tim was generally just a really happy up beat guy but his attitude made our visit special.
