“Glasgow airport what a brilliant breakfast I am a fussy eater Jodie our waitress got chef to put mushrooms in a side dish for the table as I don’t like them all staff happy and cheerful pity this place is in the airport Jodie needs a pay rise or a promotion or both not many people can be that happy at 03:30 Many thanks Nigel & Gail”

“I'm a carer for one of my clients with disabilities, his favourite place to go and eat is Frankie and Benny's in Taplow, South Buckinghamshire. The staff there are very friendly, especially, Rhys and Kelly, they are so accommodating, and go all out in making it a great experience for us. Service is brilliant, food is great. We always leave with a full belly and a smile on our faces. 😀👍”

“Always friendly and professional. Remembers us and our likes and requests. Interacts with our 4 year old and makes her feel important. We go back to kettering frankie and bennys regularly and all staff are friendly especially Shan”

“Our waitress Ionela was an absolute delight. She was very welcoming, helpful, polite and friendly. The food was excellent but Ionela was the ‘icing on the cake’ Looking forward to our next visit.”

“Tim was our waiter on my daughters 21st birthday lunch but we also had a 4 year old with us. His service couldn’t have been better. He was attentive to my granddaughter who started out quite shy and he sang happy birthday! Tim was generally just a really happy up beat guy but his attitude made our visit special. Thanks so much we will definitely be back.”

“Excellent service by Jessica. Excellent food, drinks and atmosphere. It was my birthday so they played the happy birthday song. It was special, thank you F&B staff. The only snag was that I did not like my apple pie dessert.”
