“Fresh Patch monthly delivery for our aging pup is great. He was recently diagnosed with diabetes, so putting this on our patio for midnight bathroom runs has been a game changer. Highly recommend”

“I am so pleased with Fresh Patch. Our dogs are loving their new grass pad at the apartment and their daddies are loving them because they can easily let the dogs out on the balcony to use the pad instead of getting their leashes on and leaving the apartment to find grass. Our two small pomeranians learned to use the patch really quickly, we went from having a backyard to apartment living temporarily and it is amazing how fast they took to the pads. The customer service is great, a fresh patch box arrived from Fedex completely torn up and destroyed. I then sent customer service an email and they had another fresh patch out the door first thing Monday morning. Very pleased.”

“The large freshpatch is the perfect size for our balcony. We have three little furballs who use it and replace it every 2 weeks. Don't know what we would do without it, thank you!”

“Our puppies had diarrhea for 2 days right after we got them, so that pretty much wiped out the grass within 2 days. However, once their poo got firm enough, we realized the best way to get rid of it was to hold a paper towel in one hand and tip the box on the side with the other and let the poo fall into the paper towel. This saved us from ruining the grass by smashing said poo into it. Consider this a golden tip. I'm from Golden, Colorado. Oh, and our one Shih Tzu was completely potty trained in 3 days! We're still working with the other but she's getting it. :o)”

“My 8 month old goldendoodle wasn't trained on potty pads so I tried this as an alternative to getting a dog walker for while I am at work. She used it maybe twice but since she is not used to going in the house she seems to make the choice to hold it during the day. I Will try it one more time just because the customer service at Fresh Patch is awesome and the patch of grass is like it was just cut from your backyard.”

“I didn't realize the sleeve doesn't have a bottom. Regardless, I am still happy with this sleeve and the Fresh Patch service. Their customer service has always been very helpful and we plan on being long time customers.”

“I started out getting the smaller Fresh Patch but have upgraded to the XL because our dog is almost 50 lbs. The quality of this grass is really amazing. Our dog goes to the bathroom 5-7 times a day so this has been a life-saver! Thank you Fresh Patch!”

“Price is great! Idea is even greater!!! I do however, think that they XL stainless steel is a bit pricey so I have to keep buying the small patch. I also think there should be some type of frequent buyers thing..... maybe buy so many and get one free or get the holders for half off or something to show customer appreciation. Other than that I believe you guys are lifesavers!!!! My doggies love you for it and so do I!”

“I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment, WITH my 6-year-old male lab "Marcus". Fresh Patch saved my sanity by making it so that I don't have to run up & down 3 flights of stairs every time Marcus needs to go out. (And half the time, he's faking it.) So on our outdoor balcony is a pretty patch of fresh green grass, delivered once a week - never failed. And Marcus knows it's all his. And, customer service is par-none. Fresh Patch is like the Neiman-Marcus of pet services. We love you, Fresh Patch!”

“We live in a high-rise with our 14 -year-old rat terrier Basil. He's still a super spunky little guy who loves his walks, but his outdoor needs have changed in the last few months. Fresh Patch has been a lifesaver at 2am when he needs to go out. We just open the balcony door, our little guy uses the bathroom and everyone is back to sleep in no time at all. We had tried artificial turf but, Basil wouldn't use it. He used Fresh Patch immediately!”

“I am so pleased with using fresh grass for my poodle. I live on the third floor of a condo in NJ. My poodle takes forever to poo when I take her out. With all the snow we have been having this was a godsend. I send her out on my deck and she goes right away on the fresh patch. I have another bichon/poodle (male) who just goes when you let him outside so I only need to use it for one of my dogs. It has made winter bearable Thank you”

“I live in the country and years ago I let my tiny little mixed breed dog out to go potty before bed, only to have him snatched by a mountain lion! Needless to say, I have refused to send my small house dogs outside at night any more. Resorted to "pee-pee pads", and at one time an artificial grass thing... Nothing had worked; I still was always having to clean up pee. That is until now! The Fresh Patch is definitely the best thing ever! My dogs love it! I have not had to mop up their pee once since we've had the Fresh Patch. And talk about easy to use and dispose of! You guys got it right; I hope you get totally rich from your good idea! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
