Utterly disgusting with the service received from funky pigeon I purchased a personalised mug for Father’s Day and they sent me someone else’s mug I was then promised a refund and did not get one so I contacted funky pigeon.. I even sent screenshot of my statement to show no refund The lady advised she was look into this on 18.06.2020 and get back to me.. we are now on 03/07/2020 and no email.. I have chased this several times and keep getting ignored. No one has bothered replying back to me. I have had to take legal action

First I messaged them as made a mistake so messaged straight away they said they couldn’t do anything even through my order wasn’t dispatched till 2 days later. Then when I did receive my card it was completely wrong. Half of the writing was missed off the card. Every time I email them it takes ages to reply.

I received flowers via Funky Pigeon at the weekend. They came without a message and therefore it was impossible to know which family member or friend sent them. I contacted FP.com with all the package details and a request they trace back in their system to establish what the message was. I received a response that FP.com was unable to provide any details due to Data Protection, that I should contact all my family and friends to establish who sent them to me! This is a misuse of the Data Protection Act and despite repeated requests from me for them to provide me with the sender's message (something the sender would obviously wish me to know) FP.Com refuse to do so. They also refuse to refer back to the sender, relying on me to trace who sent the flowers. This is a company that takes no responsibility for their poor tracking system. There are several excellent companies in the market delivering flowers efficiently, this is not one of them!

I ordered a personalised card for a friend. Her birthday has been and gone and there's no sign of the card. I also ordered her present from pandora on the same day. That came 2 days later. So the delays they mention are down to them not the postal service. Certainly won't be using them again.

Really poor quality. The wording on the front was chopped in half at the top of the card, so ‘Happy 60th Birthday’ had the top half of the words missing. I don’t know how this was approved by the quality assessment process. Very disappointing!!

Do not use FP. Ordered 2 Mothers day cards in March to send to Australia in time for their Mothers day in May. Neither card arrived so I contacted FP and they resent the order on 11 May. One card arrived on 1st June followed by the duplicated card on 5th June. Where is the other card? My Mother has received letters and cards posted from England after my first order and received cards from Moonpig too. There is no excuse, I know these are difficult times, but if you can't fulfil an order - don't offer it. I have given up emailing FP, they cannot give me an answer.

I am going to issue County Court proceedings to recover £120 pounds taken by 8 x £15 debits against my credit card; money's had and received for no value fraudulently by deception by this company and / or its subsiduary. I only wanted to send my wife a birthday card. Do not trust or use these people. It is clear from reading these reviews that I am not the only victim of their sharp practice. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED Anthony

Ordered a giant card at the cost of £12.98 Inc postage. NO envelope inside with the card. Had to repair the card type envelope it came through the post in as it ripped when i opened it. As for the card itself. The photo on the card was of extremely poor quality. It was very Grainy. Obviously they just enlarged it without computer enhancement. I WILL NEVER USE funky pidgeon AGAIN. BIG RIP OFF

Ordered two cards, which arrived later than the expected delivery date. As if that wasn't bad enough. They have taken £15 from my account this month?! With no explanation!!? No Contact back regarding when i will get a refund. JOKE. and won't be using ever again. Moonpig is a far superior company!

I order a Personalised photo mug but was sent someone else’s mug with someone else’s photos. How is this even possible? Where their quality control? A slip of my photos was inside the mug however the mug had someone else’s photos. Breach of the data protection law first of all and very stupid error From funky pigeon. I feel sorry for the other person who’s photos were sent to me.

Ordered a card for my sons 18th a week before his birthday. Waited and waited but card arrived 2 days after his birthday. (7 working days in total). NOT GOOD ENOUGH FP! I contacted FP customer services and all they had to say was the standard Covid-19 delays. I have used the royal mail to deliver over 50 letters since lock-down and none of them have been late (I use signed for service so can see delivered date). I can only assume that it's either taking longer to get from Guernsey to the mainland or they didn't actually ship it on the day the said they would (I suspect the latter due to limited workforce as per their website). Not a happy customer and won't be using them again.

Living in Australia I use Funky Pigeon to send cards to my family in the UK. I used my debit card from my UK bank account and have just noticed FP rewards having been taking £15 per month since December 2019. I have never knowingly signed up to any rewards scheme. I shall be contacting them to get to the bottom of this. Beware all.

I also have been scammed out of £15 this company is nothing more than a rip off. Be careful when using. If you read most of the comments this is a re occurring theme and it seems they do nothing about it. At least have the decency to return peoples money if they say its not what they wanted.

1.78 rating with zero replies from the company says it all!! As with just about everyone else here, I've had £15 taken from my account for 2 months (lucky I spotted it early) without my knowledge. I think from memory your redirected to click a tickbox to agree to the rewards scheme, (which most people would assume is based on multiple purchases over time through your account) before you enter your card details as you would expect to pay for your purchase. It's nothing short of an electronic 'slight of hand' confidence trick!! Surely this has to be illegal? Have emailed only to receive an automated reply.
