“I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law at a care home, which on delivery were dead, as I could not provide photo of dead flowers, they would not do anything. I emailed after this many times and they have just ignored me. I would never ever use them again, such bad service.”
“Ordered cards on New Years Day for my daughter and a friend's 21st. Birthdays were 05 01 21 and I was told on the order I would receive the cards on the 5th. Post has been today the 6th and still no sign. First class is now 85p. This is a disgrace”

“Like many others I've been disappointed that delivery which is offered for next day didn't arrive for a week, my son didn't get his card and gift for his birthday. Royal mail may be to blame but the disclaimer saying it could be 5-7 days only shows up after you've ordered and paid. I wouldn't have ordered had that reminder been up front. I won't be using again.”

“The app is clunky and terrible to use and when my card arrived the photo I’d had printed on the inside of the card had come out really dark and low quality. There’s a feature on the app where you can write a message by hand and scan it in, the message looked great when I ordered it but when it arrived it looked horrible and was almost impossible to read due to it being low resolution/pixelated. The card was also very shiny and looked cheap. Incredibly disappointed and will never order from them again”
