“Personalised a Christmas card for my partner before Christmas it said it would be here on the 24th still hasn't arrived I've emailed at least 3 times got an email that it was damaged and would I like a refund I replied that I would like a replacement card it was special and I still wanted it all I got was an email of how they could help still haven't received it so I just gave up and didn't get my money back either very disappointed and won't be ordering from this website again.”

When I queried this, I had to go through the most laborious process, I was asked questions of which email address I used, would have thought they have this info, then told they could not find the orders, we'll I had an order confirmation..so. ecards are supposed to be convenient but waste of time, still waiting for a refund. Don't touch funky pigeon with bargepole”

At every stage of purchasing from this terrible company, there was an issue.
I paid for next day delivery which was a higher price on checkout as stated. The code they gave me never worked despite there still being 45 minutes left on the coupon.
In fact, upon check out the price was £5 more than stated on the basket. But when you’ve spent ages making a card, you cannot be bothered to start again.
The cards still haven’t arrived 3 days later despite paying for next day delivery before 1pm.
No emails have been replied.
This company is a scam, and I have asked for them not to bother sending my cards, just cancel and refund.”
“Cards do not arrive on time. Last year I ordered personalised cards for teachers and they arrived after Christmas. I gave them the benefit of the doubt (maybe covid related problems) and I ordered again this Christmas. It is over a week now and the cards have not arrived yet. There is also no way to contact them, there is a form to fill in, which I filled in three times last year, and never even got a reply. Not using them again.”
