Wanted to amend an address immediately after ordering but customer call centre shut bc of corona, fair enough, but the email I sent straight after wasn't answered for 48hrs and of course it was too late. Customer service isn't fit for purpose and so they don't actually provide any service. Don't bother using them, it isn't worth the hassle if you need help.

Cards arrived in an envelope which didnt even have a proper name and address on.I ordered 2 cards .First one the colours were really dull and the second card never even had an envelope with it.I would never use these again .Didnt even have time to ring and complain because had to give family member the cards.

Postage and packaging costs are an absolute joke they charge £2.99 to post a card and an extra £2.99 for the gifts you buy off their site which are already over priced. Three gifts and a birthday card £12 P & P it's a joke, especially when they cannot guarantee a delivery before the 15 August (it's the 8th August today) Emptied my basket and won't be using them again.

My husband has also fallen foul of their deceptive tactics in getting you to sign up to a £15/month reward service. He just went to buy a birthday card and now they have taken £15/month for nothing. He is an intelligent guy so it must have been very deceptive to get his sign up. Let’s hope they refund the money or it will be the small claims court for us

This company is tricking customers out of £15 a month. I bought a birthday card online using my credit card without realising that once you had entered all your details you were then agreeing to pay £15 a month. I rarely shop online so am unlikely to benefit from the cash back promised. The money is taken from your bank account each month! Daylight robbery as you get nothing in return. Be warned.

I ordered three cards at the same time for asap delivery. 8 days later only one has arrived. I have tried to contact Funky Pigeon and had no reply. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE.

My daughter ordered me a phone cover for Mother’s Day, the quality was very poor, the photo very dark. Then she has discovered they have been taking £15 per month for a subscription you have to opt out of which is in very small print. When she rang funky pigeon they said she had to contact her bank. The bank adivsed this is wrong and gave her a phone number and email with a reference number to cancel. She’s rand funky pigeon again and is now getting a full refund but has to wait 3 to 5 working days! This company needs reporting to trading standards.. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I wish I could rate it 0 but can’t. Ordered today within 10 minutes of ordering I noticed I made a mistake and wanted to amend, to which I received an email hours later to say I could not as it has been dispatched (it was a photo collage cushion) I very much doubt it would dispatch that quickly. I asked to cancel as I had photos missing from it and they said no, I do not recommend, do NOT buy from here.

First I messaged them as made a mistake so messaged straight away they said they couldn’t do anything even through my order wasn’t dispatched till 2 days later. Then when I did receive my card it was completely wrong. Half of the writing was missed off the card. Every time I email them it takes ages to reply.

I received flowers via Funky Pigeon at the weekend. They came without a message and therefore it was impossible to know which family member or friend sent them. I contacted FP.com with all the package details and a request they trace back in their system to establish what the message was. I received a response that FP.com was unable to provide any details due to Data Protection, that I should contact all my family and friends to establish who sent them to me! This is a misuse of the Data Protection Act and despite repeated requests from me for them to provide me with the sender's message (something the sender would obviously wish me to know) FP.Com refuse to do so. They also refuse to refer back to the sender, relying on me to trace who sent the flowers. This is a company that takes no responsibility for their poor tracking system. There are several excellent companies in the market delivering flowers efficiently, this is not one of them!

I ordered a personalised card for a friend. Her birthday has been and gone and there's no sign of the card. I also ordered her present from pandora on the same day. That came 2 days later. So the delays they mention are down to them not the postal service. Certainly won't be using them again.

Really poor quality. The wording on the front was chopped in half at the top of the card, so ‘Happy 60th Birthday’ had the top half of the words missing. I don’t know how this was approved by the quality assessment process. Very disappointing!!

Do not use FP. Ordered 2 Mothers day cards in March to send to Australia in time for their Mothers day in May. Neither card arrived so I contacted FP and they resent the order on 11 May. One card arrived on 1st June followed by the duplicated card on 5th June. Where is the other card? My Mother has received letters and cards posted from England after my first order and received cards from Moonpig too. There is no excuse, I know these are difficult times, but if you can't fulfil an order - don't offer it. I have given up emailing FP, they cannot give me an answer.

I am going to issue County Court proceedings to recover £120 pounds taken by 8 x £15 debits against my credit card; money's had and received for no value fraudulently by deception by this company and / or its subsiduary. I only wanted to send my wife a birthday card. Do not trust or use these people. It is clear from reading these reviews that I am not the only victim of their sharp practice. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED Anthony

I was very pleased with the postcards but there is some sort of trick during the checkout process that leads to you inadvertently signing up to pay £15 per month to My Funky Rewards. After complaining, I did receive my £15 back but I’m not a fool and I’m certain that I was tricked here.
