“I ordered cards on 21st November and are still waiting
Customer service is very poor, I have sent 6 emails asking for them to resend and nothing has happened
Will never use them again”
“Ordered a birthday card on 15th November, was allegedly dispatched on 16th, however the card didn't arrive until the 28th. Contacted Funky Pigeon who just blamed Royal Mail. At circa £4 a card you would expect better service, I won't bother using them again.”
“Ordered a personalised calendar for an xmas gift. Photos had thick red lines down them. I also at the same time ordered a glitter personalised photo frame with picture. The frame was half finished. Totally ruined. That’s both gifts faulty.”
“The app is clunky and terrible to use and when my card arrived the photo I’d had printed on the inside of the card had come out really dark and low quality. There’s a feature on the app where you can write a message by hand and scan it in, the message looked great when I ordered it but when it arrived it looked horrible and was almost impossible to read due to it being low resolution/pixelated. The card was also very shiny and looked cheap. Incredibly disappointed and will never order from them again”
“We ordered birthdays card to be delivered by the 11th of November. We ordered them on the 8th and it gave the option to pay more for delivery the 11th, so we did. Disgusted to find out my 11 year old nephew received his birthday card on the 16th of November. Will never be using your site again.”

“I ordered 8 cards and a gift voucher. Upon checking my order history some time later there was only 1 card.
I made 4 orders and they only sent confirmation and order number for 1 order. I spent £4.05 on 1 order, £2.41 on another. Then there was £22.41 and £10.94 taken. So I've paid £39.81 for 1 card. Where has the rest of my orders gone!”
“Placed order and paid then received an email telling me items are still in basket even though the money had come out of my bank account. The worrying thing is after providing my bank details, order reference number And numerous information Funky pigeon couldn’t find anything. I find it alarming that my payment wasn’t secured so please be careful. I have had to repeat the same information over and over again and now they’ve emailed asking for a telephone number to get my bank details over the phone which is not wise so I’ve now said they can keep my money as they’ve proved to difficult to deal with. Since sharing my experience with family and friends it seems I’m not the only one who has been let down and paid for items and services that I’ve not received. It’s sad to write a negative review but please don’t get caught out like I did.”
“They told me my card would be delivered on the 2nd with no other advice or information. I have not received it now the 2nd and my grandson will not now have this card. If I was aware it may not have been delivered by 2nd I would not have placed the order.. very disappointed.”
“Somehow, well explained as all my own doing, I have paid £45 over three months for a service I had no idea I had.
Following what must have been a card purchase I was stupid enough to press a link that apparently joined me up. So three months later £15 a month drawn down on a service I purchased a card. Now the most expensive birthday card ever. £45.
Response was an explanation how this was my fault. Will never trust this website again. Beware links! One gets no follow-up emails or prompts. From a card purchase link I am £45 the poorer.”

When A4 card arrived it has a massive crease in it. Contacted them immediately with no response. Also emailed them but again no reply.

“I ordered personalised phone covers for my daughters birthday they sent the wrong covers twice. I returned both as requested for a full refund they have only refunded one. Still waiting for the other refund. Their customer service is uncontactable by phone due to Covid so email is the only way. Absolute incompetence DO NOT use this company”

“Very poor quality. Website gives the impression the photo surrounds the bauble. In reality a cheap disc with my photo choice on both sides was inserted. It looked like a glass bauble with a disc inside. The joins are very obvious. £10+ with pp! I felt ripped off!”
