“Ordered a giant card at the cost of £12.98 Inc postage.
NO envelope inside with the card. Had to repair the card type envelope it came through the post in as it ripped when i opened it.
As for the card itself. The photo on the card was of extremely poor quality. It was very Grainy. Obviously they just enlarged it without computer enhancement.

“I order a Personalised photo mug but was sent someone else’s mug with someone else’s photos. How is this even possible? Where their quality control? A slip of my photos was inside the mug however the mug had someone else’s photos. Breach of the data protection law first of all and very stupid error From funky pigeon. I contacted FP customer services and all they had to say was the standard Covid-19 delays. I have used the royal mail to deliver over 50 letters since lock-down and none of them have been late (I use signed for service so can see delivered date).
I can only assume that it's either taking longer to get from Guernsey to the mainland or they didn't actually ship it on the day the said they would (I suspect the latter due to limited workforce as per their website).
Not a happy customer and won't be using them again.”

I used my debit card from my UK bank account and have just noticed FP rewards having been taking £15 per month since December 2019. I have never knowingly signed up to any rewards scheme. I shall be contacting them to get to the bottom of this. Beware all.”

As with just about everyone else here, I've had £15 taken from my account for 2 months (lucky I spotted it early) without my knowledge. I think from memory your redirected to click a tickbox to agree to the rewards scheme, (which most people would assume is based on multiple purchases over time through your account) before you enter your card details as you would expect to pay for your purchase.
It's nothing short of an electronic 'slight of hand' confidence trick!!

“This is the second time we have placed an order with your company and to our greatest surprise the courier company you use constantly deliver our items to a different address. I cant seem to understand why the courier driver gets confused with a very simple address. It’ll be appreciate if you can educate your courier drivers to ensure they deliver an excellent customer service.”

“Poor service. Selected a delivery date which was yesterday and item still not arrived. It is only AFTER you have paid that they then tell you there are delays of up to 5 days in postage. Why allow someone to select a delivery date - NOT SHOW any messaging on delays and then once they have taken your money - tell you it won't reach that day. Poor customer service, many companies are still providing orders on time so I would've just done that if I knew - and not skipped my own sister receiving her birthday card. Terrible service. Won't ever order from here again.”

But wouldn't you expect to receive a, 'thank you for signing up to Funky Pigeon Rewards' and details of your membership number?? Obviously I didn't get any such Emails! I'll never use FP again and am reporting to Trading Standards. I've closed my account, so can't investigate. I've requested a screen shot and further details. I'm normally very careful about things like Amazon Prime etc and do not understand how FP got me as a 'member' at all!!”

I received a confirmation email & payment was deducted 2/4, and it said my order was on it's way.
I have sent 3 emails as my order has not been received.No replies.

“Hi , I ordered 2 recent cards because I'm self isolating and can't go out . They were delivered no problem , however at the end of my 2nd order I had a message telling me I'd got some credit for a future order , so I happily accepted it before getting to the end where it was too late to un click . The emails I've had to send are non stop and the calls are automated which I understand because of lockdown but it seems like they pass customers from one place to another . I complained through resolver though and expected a result 🙄 yes . Eventually Mary replied to a Dawn Eaton to tell me the account is now closed . I'm NOT Dawn Eaton . Avoid this joke of a company because the funkypidgeon team will tell you that funkyrewards are a separate company . Liars .”
