“Be very aware of the Rewards Scheme with Funky Pigeon. I have since been 'robbed' of 4 payments of £15 . I have been in touch with the company that Funky Pigeon gave my details to and received a very unsatisfactory reply. This is not a rewards scheme it is daylight robbery. I have asked to be reimbursed as I I would never knowingly have signed up for such a scheme as I do not have that sort of money. I will never ever use Funky Pigeon again.”

“Ordered Flowers and a card for mothers day, Flowers arrived in a right mess, 10 roses instead of 12 which were looking sorry for themselves and a stem with no rose head the rest went in the bin. Eventually got a refund for the flowers and then no card for mothers day to which I am still awaiting a reply to my email. Appalling service first and last time I will be using this company. Oh and the roses did not recover!”

Poor responce blaming us when we've never had this problem with flowers and these guys come with some technical lies they couldn't see in the pictures. Do not use. “My daughter had £15 taken from her account for a "rewards" subscription. Something she'd not signed up for. I've noticed from these reviews that this has been happening a lot! She called them and they have said they'll refund. Not good enough; this shouldn't have been taken from her account to begin with”

“Ditto the experience of other reviewers: noticed a £15 payment to FunkyPigeonRewards on my credit card statement. Phoned up Funky Pigeon, then had to phone up Funky Pigeon Rewards who are apparently a separate company!! I asked for a screenshot of where I had agreed to taking out this subscription at £15 a month, said they would not do this but agreed to cancel the sub. and refund the £15, hopefully this will happen. The calendars I'd ordered from FP were great, but this sharp practice has lost them my custom in future.”
“My husband bought a couple of cards online in December/early Jan and has today been charged £15 for a rewards scheme he never signed up to. Called Funky Pigeon who say it is a third party company they have given access to his personal data and bank account details! In order to stop the standing order he has to go to the trouble of cancelling his bank card and wait for a new one in the post. Who knows if he will get the £15 back as we can’t get through to the rewards company. Blatant fraud, we will both be cancelling our accounts with Funky Pigeon and I’m sure a lot of others will too after this breach of data and trust.
Even your customer service rep said she had received many of the same complaints, is £15 really worth losing your customers?!”
“I bought a couple of cards December 2019 and early January 2020, paid for them, Like £6 quid, next thing I just see today they have taken £15 from my bank account, saying REWARDS payment. If needs be I will take these B's to court to get my money back! I DID NOT JOIN ANYTHING I bought a couple of bloody cards from them THIEVING SWINES!”
“It was good at first - I ordered a personalized book just before Christmas and it came on time to give to a friend. I thought nothing bad of it until the 19th January 2020 (a month after I had bought the book) and I had a notification from my bank saying 'you have spent £15 at FUNKYPIGEONREWARDS' even though I was ASLEEP at the time. I had no idea what was going on as the book cost me about half as much as what had been charged for the rewards program. Keep in mind I DID NOT press any membership or rewards option.
I do not recommend using this as it will probably cost you more than you paid for your item with their rewards program scam. 1 star.”
“Having ordered a card in Oct 19 as a one off, I was rather surprised to find a recurring payment of £15 per month for their rewards scam in Jan 20, set up on my account. When I queried it, I was informed that it could have been a family member that signed me up. My circumstances are such that this was impossible.
This is undoubtedly a scam, as I’m not alone it would appear.”
“I looked at my credit card statement and was shocked to see a recurring payment of £15 to myfunkyrewards. When I bought a card & gift through Funky Pigeon I was asked if it's like a free trial- silly me!! Read the small print!! I never imagined a cashback site would charge £180 a year!!! You'd have to do a lot of spending too get that back- which I don't. Overall it's left a bad taste in my mouth, I've cancelled myfunkyrewards and I won't use Funky Pigeon again either. Beware, pidgeons are always trying to poop on you!!!”
