“Paid for next day delivery for it not to arrive then not to arrive the following day. Emailed customer services - no reply. Really annoying my relative has not recieved her 50th Birthday card on time. Wouldn't use again”
“The flowers my mother received for Mother’s Day arrived dead. The customer service I received when complaining was awful I sent pictures Chris told me they would come back to life, tje pictures I sent was after having them for 2 days in water. I then told him or her that it was after two days, tje reply I got was they needed more photo evidence we had thrown tje flowers away nobody keeps dead flowers for a week tjey said they would investigate after photo evidence absolutely appalling service would never use the sight again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone”
“I paid next day delivery and was charge £9.37 which was a bit extreme but I thought as long as it gets there the next day it’s fine. It didn’t come the next day. I paid for a service I didn’t get, so I asked for a refund and they rejected me this and just apologised. Terrible customer service.”

I received an updated advianf it had been dispatched so I waited in all day and no delivery. today is my fathers Birthday no item. I contacted funky pigeon who advise they will only refund the postage and advise the item will be delivered the next working day. that is now Monday which I will be working....all a mess!”
“Website not very good to navigate .found it took a long time to find where to make own card by uploading photo. When card was made and paid for I realised I made a mistake in the text, but cannot edit once card has been paid for.nit very happy”

“Avoid this company! Ordered "Fresh flowers" for my mums birthday arrived late but sent the card the next day without stating "do not open untill" I was so embarrassed when the flowers arrived! Dead and wilted couldn't be saved they were that bad! Shocking customer service and after sending pictures Funky Pigeon were still adamant not to give me a refund or even a partial refund.”

Totally embarrassing my brother never received a 50th birthday card from me.. paid for special next day delivery and they can't achieve. However after I emailed they asked ME if I want a refund? Called customer service , said that was a different part of the business and just had to wait for them to reply.
Such a shame, my friend is in another country, 4 hours ahead of the UK.

“Absolutely disgusted at the company policy when a giant card ordered in good time was to be delivered on a certain day disappeared from tracking. They never chased it up or offered compensation. It was supremely important and all I got was sorry do you want a refund.
No, I wanted it delivered gratis with a small gift to recipient and a proper apology. I guess they are so big ruining a moment that cannot be recaptured and losing a small but regular customer means nothing.
Beware, they use Hermes in UK. Avoid them if possible for anything important or costly.”
