Boring cards now. Service good but their card stock needs a major overall. Settings in mobile mode rubbish and card manipulation settings are so basic. The company has gone backwards instead of moving forward into the 22nd century.

I bought stuff then they gave me a free like £6 so I used it but they didn’t make it clear they was then going to put me on membership n rob me £15 a month wtf am I getting for £15 absolutely awful n call centre was useless, couldn’t even speak English how am I meant to know what’s going on if not clear absolutely awful

Basically they lie on delivery times and offering shocking customer service as opposed to moonpig that really try hard

Ordered two cards it said they had been sent then 2 weeks later my money was refunded and I found out they hadn’t been sent, the excuse was they’ve had issues along the lines of hacking, thing is the person receiving the cards said they had told her the same thing and let her down a few months ago. It seems they use this excuse a lot. Definitely won’t be using funky pigeon again and I only gave it one star because I had to. Rubbish service!

Very poor packaging. Damaged shipments. Customer service for damaged gift shipments is not honored. Offers often do not work. Definitely Recommend taking your business elsewhere.

My cards I ordered were not received and every email I have had has not given a answer as to why!! Will not be using them again!

Cancelled all orders that were made before they got hacked. Claimed to have issued refunds but its been 8 days since they said that and still no refund. Every time make contact with them to ask why still no refund they just ignore the question with a copy and paste reply. We are truly sorry for the situation, unfortunately we are unable to help you with your request at the moment. After ordering a personalised card which was the large size and paying express postage ,price came to over 20 Euro I still have not received my order.I was told a second card would be sent out the following day and needless to say didn't receive it either.Absolutely none acceptable service from a company that portrays to offer a good efficient service. Unreliable company will never order from them again Reading other reviews I see I'm not the only person this has happened to either. This had better be sorted out as I'm now loosing my patience with excuses

Still waiting on refund for a card ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and was cancelled, no help from customer services. Won't use again rubbish

It appears that I'm just one of at least hundreds who placed our orders on 14th April 2022 and have received an email today 18th April 2022 telling me my card won't be delivered due to "technical issues" and that I could have to wait up to a week for my money, the money that was paid to Funky Pigeon at the time I placed my order. I'd be interested to know how much of our money Funky Pigeon is sitting on, no doubt gaining interest. I only wish there was a No Stars option. Be careful of using this company, they take your money, they don't deliver the goods and they won't give you a refund for 10/11 days after you first ordered.

Cancelled an Easter card sendWednesday on Easter Saturday without telling me ! Fuming ! Never using this fu@@y pigeon again ! Shocking avoid these muppets !

They are a bad joke, 2nd year running have not delivered birthday card to Australia, my son in law see the funny side but I don't NEVER AGAIN

I received flowers from a dear friend from this company and I was so sad that I had to tell him they were the worst flowers I have ever had. They came in a box with no water so they had wilted leaves and flowers and even heads that had fallen off. They were bent and the box was slightly open. Box didn’t look damaged so personally I think this isn’t a courier issue but whoever supplied old flowers with no water. It’s such a shame as the giver is a dear friend who lives so far from me and has disabilities so relies on ordering online. I feel so sad I love flowers and those are awful and they are old and water deprived. Even placing them in water with the food is not improving the little flowers I salvaged. 4 flowers are unable to be used. My friend also ordered a large card but all that came was a smaller card that was actually printed on paper so it’s flimsy. This is shoddy good by a company that have taken money promising a good product. The only good part was the courier service. Shocking funky pigeon you should be ashamed of your products

Paid for next day delivery for it not to arrive then not to arrive the following day. Emailed customer services - no reply. Really annoying my relative has not recieved her 50th Birthday card on time. Wouldn't use again

The flowers my mother received for Mother’s Day arrived dead. The customer service I received when complaining was awful I sent pictures Chris told me they would come back to life, tje pictures I sent was after having them for 2 days in water. I then told him or her that it was after two days, tje reply I got was they needed more photo evidence we had thrown tje flowers away nobody keeps dead flowers for a week tjey said they would investigate after photo evidence absolutely appalling service would never use the sight again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone

I paid next day delivery and was charge £9.37 which was a bit extreme but I thought as long as it gets there the next day it’s fine. It didn’t come the next day. I paid for a service I didn’t get, so I asked for a refund and they rejected me this and just apologised. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a card for Mother’s Day to be sent direct. Assured she would get it in plenty of time. Nothing. It’s not the same receiving a card after the event. Will never use this company again.

Awful experience and the staff do not appear to provide much support. It is my father 90th birthday I ordered a personalised card and alcohol for his birthday. I received an updated advianf it had been dispatched so I waited in all day and no delivery. today is my fathers Birthday no item. I contacted funky pigeon who advise they will only refund the postage and advise the item will be delivered the next working day. that is now Monday which I will be working....all a mess!

Website not very good to navigate .found it took a long time to find where to make own card by uploading photo. When card was made and paid for I realised I made a mistake in the text, but cannot edit once card has been paid for.nit very happy

I order a orchid for my mum for mother's Day it came few days early and it was in very bad shape. And I am not happy. At all will not be using them again at all. I may be able to revive it I have had one. For 5 years and it is still flowers this year and that was form Morrisons. Not happy
