“ I was told "Unfortunately, the date given is an estimated delivery date not a guaranteed delivery day", in other words they are lying on their website to get you to order first. ”

“ I ordered a card and gift card with first class delivery and it took 7 days to arrive! Even though they apparently posted it on the day I ordered. So it missed my Mum's birthday. I have never had an issue when I post first class, but this seems to be a common issue for this company based on other people's reviews. Not worth the hassle. Buy a card and post it yourself!! ”
