Terrible service and aftercare. Paid online for a Christmas card on line for my wife on the 19th of December. Estimated delivery address was the following day. Not arrived by Saturday the 23rd. Complaints department wont recognize my log in details. If you want to complain you cant. Paid this money for nothing. Possibly not enough people are aware of their lack of aftercare!

I wished I had read reviews before I placed an order for a birthday card for my fiance. I did it 12 days ago but I still haven't received it.
No contact number to chase it.
I have emailed them but got only automated reply.
Terrible service,please avoid.

This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with, I ordered a card for my granddaughters 18th birthday, their website promised next day delivery, 6 days on Nothing! I have sent a total of five emails , no reply, and they do not supply a phone number! Absolutely disgusting service . If I could have given minus stars I would have .

Recently ordered a birthday card for my father and a week later nothing! I've emailed useless chicken (Funky Pigeon) over and over again (only because they have NO contact telephone number) and have received no correspondence about the failed delivery whatsoever! I'm absolutely appalled with this company's lack of customer service and care about how they run a business.

Ordered 2 cards paid extra to guarantee delivery didn't receive mothers day card on time, nor my anniversary card yet, let's see if I can even get a refund, I'll order from moonpig or some other company next time, if you pay extra & can't deliver a simple card & the service you use to deliver should be changed
