Reading the reviews on Trust Pilot I contacted Funky Pigeon as still waiting for 5 cards, 10 days after purchase. FP will contact me in 3 days which is useless as I’ve had to purchase my cards elsewhere

Misleading liars. At every stage of purchasing from this terrible company, there was an issue. I paid for next day delivery which was a higher price on checkout as stated. The code they gave me never worked despite there still being 45 minutes left on the coupon. In fact, upon check out the price was £5 more than stated on the basket. But when you’ve spent ages making a card, you cannot be bothered to start again. The cards still haven’t arrived 3 days later despite paying for next day delivery before 1pm. No emails have been replied. This company is a scam, and I have asked for them not to bother sending my cards, just cancel and refund.

Ordered helium balloons one of which deflated really quickly. I didn’t receive any confirmation on when to expect delivery time either.

Cards do not arrive on time. Last year I ordered personalised cards for teachers and they arrived after Christmas. I gave them the benefit of the doubt (maybe covid related problems) and I ordered again this Christmas. It is over a week now and the cards have not arrived yet. There is also no way to contact them, there is a form to fill in, which I filled in three times last year, and never even got a reply. Not using them again.

I ordered a personalised baubles for my mum for Christmas after my dad passed away, I forwarded a lovely clear photo of my dad to go into the baubles, when it arrived I was so upset and disgusted to see that half of his head was chopped off!! Iv messaged funky pigeon several times yet heard nothing back from them!! How can they treat people like this

Card for 2 yr old grandson not arrived- x3 of same email asking for same information over and over from customer services- totally useless- fraudulent practice obtaining funds and not delivering

I ordered a card spent a silly amount on one card for my little mans dad, it was meant to be with me by the 8th, it's now 12th, birthday was yesterday and still no card, I'm so annoyed and it's not the first time but will be the last as I'm bored of it now will just go somewhere else, don't recommend

given it one star as there is no option for minus 10 !!! absolute rubbish, no card after being told it was sent, obviuosly a 2 bit company with not a clue on customer service, they probably wont miss my custom, but thats the joy of working for a media company, i can reach thousands with my review, well done funky pidgeon, others out there who do a better job, about time you got staff who knew what they were doing.

ever in my whole life have been more offended and disgusted by the cards about jabs and masks how dare you insight hate for people who for health reason cannot have the jab and others who dont want a jab that has not been fully trialed or just dont want poison in their body and what people who have lost loved ones through you ought to be ashamed

Couldn’t apply a discount code, not able to make any changes to my order (you can with Moonpig) and it didn’t arrive for three days. Overall very disappointing. Tried these guys instead of Moonpig, but I won’t be doing it again. To quote my primary school teachers, could try harder!

Ordered a card for a special occasion (celebration) for a friend, she didn’t receive it. Emailed customer services, eventually was posted out but the moment was gone over a week later!

Tried to personalised a photo birthday card , tried for 2 hours instructions not clear . Wouldnt let me put photo in just stuck on that page , not a simple straightforward task at all and it should have been !!! Wasted my time and you lost a sale

Pay for next day delivery and get it 3 days later. Let's see if Ryanair would wait for me if I turned up at the airport three days later.

Paid for and ordered via next day delivery. Item finally arrived 3 days later. Contacted funky pilgrim and the response was “oh we use Hermes which don’t do next day delivery even though we sold it to your and charged you for it so it’s fine”. Shocking response tbh.
