“I tried to order a few items that I ordered but checkout was an issue as the items wouldn’t accept the last processing information, I tried many times and still not allowing it to send.
I tried a few days after and still the same problem.
Everything I did was correct and checked and I even shown the company the problem but unfortunately it could not be solved.”
“I placed my order on the 2nd of May, it is now the 20th of May and my order has still not arrived. This whole process has been outrageous. I tried to amend my order seconds after making it and was told it was not possible which is ridiculous. I paid a lot of money, especially when you take into consideration the conversion from Pounds to CAD. This present was for a friend who was unwell after an accident and he has almost fully recovered now and never received the items I sent to him to get well.
This is appalling customer service all round. It should not be a problem to edit the add on gifts such as chocolates. I placed my order and a few minutes later wanted to remove The Wellness book and chocolates and for some reason this is not possible.
Very greedy company.
Should be more grateful for its customers. I will not be using it again.”
“Paid for Fast Track delivery. Royal Mail tracking useless. I was clearly led to believe the card would get there next day if I paid extra.
4 days including a Sunday later it arrived again Royal Mail tracking useless. Just needed them to tell me it wouldn’t get there rather than false expectation.
The customer happiness team and we care email address not quite hitting the spot with a very dismissive 1-3 working days whether you paid Fast Track or not.
Lesson learned as far as Funky Pigeon are concerned.”
“Ordered and paid for a ecard for my son. Which he never received. Logged into
account page on the site and no record of order on there. Emailed customer service no reply. I won't be using them again. Found a free site and ordered one on there which he received straight away. Also got notification email to say it had been sent. No what to do next time”
“We ordered four 21st birthday photo cards and were charged £13 for next day delivery. The cards did not arrive till the day after his birthday, and the royal mail tracking service is totally useless. I am fuming that this happened. And i will never use Funky Pigeon ever again.”
“This company needs to be dessolved as their service is utterly appauling. I ordered 2 leaving cards for senior Directors in my company on Friday 26th March, 2021, and was told delivery by 1st class royal mail should take 1-3 working days. 4 days later and cards haven't been received and I can't get hold of anyone on customer service to help me with finding out what's gone wrong. Both Directors were leaving the company on 31st March and none had received the cards with all messages from their team members and other senior colleagues. This is the worst and most embarrassing experience I have had to face organising any card for work colleagues. To add insult to injury I tried calling their customer complaints Helpline 0333 600 5100 and waited on the phone for an hour even though I was told my position in the queue was 'No. 1' extremely unprofessional and will never ever attempt to use their service ever again. I will also inform colleagues at my company not to use them or attempt to. Disgraceful. I will be taking my future business to their rival 'Moonpig' next time.”

Also was ordered 3days before. Was posted to my aunts in Manchester as mum was visiting family. Not only did she received on time but was home from family. So actually she never got to received at all.

“The CEO of this company needs to sit up and take notice of all the recent complaints. Compared to other competitors, Funky Pigeons card/gift service has been abysmal of late, I know we are experiencing difficulties due to COVID, but their expected delivery dates, which they promise, are WAY off the Mark as I’ve discovered to my own cost on two occasions in the last few months. I am extremely disenchanted with this company, and will be taking my business elsewhere in future.”

“Ordered a Mother’s Day card on the 6th March - estimated delivery 9th . finally arrived on the 10th. Customer service won’t refund as the reckon it’s within their system delivery times. They even admitted there was a delay at their production facility and the “order was despatched on the 10th” contradicting their website which said it was sent on the 8th. Absolute shambles.”

“Cards never showed up. I ordered in plenty of time for Mothering Sunday but apparently they struggle to put two cards in an envelope and post them on time. They did not respond to my email. Very very poor, WILL NOT be using this company again..much better options out there.”
