“Valentine flowers didn't arrive on time and unable to get a response from the email service. The call centre is closed to 'protect staff' Seems odd that they are unable to fulfill existing orders, unable to handle customer issues but still taking new orders and customers money?????”

“Ordered a Valentines card for my partner from Funky Pigeon and was given a delivery date of 13th February at the time of placing my order. The card didn’t however arrive on the 13th of February as promised and by Valentines Day still no card, leaving me with nothing to give my other half on Valentines Day. Even by the 15th of February I still haven’t received said card. You would think if you were buying a Valentines card it would arrive by Valentines Day, especially if the delivery dare backed this up, but it seems Funky Pigeon are happy to take your money and sell you a Valentines card even if they can’t fulfil this order. I have contacted Funky Pigeon and enquired as to the whereabouts of said card but unsurprisingly I’ve had no response from them. Based on my experience I would suggest you avoid using Funky Pigeon, they will take your money gladly but there’s no guarantee you’l get your order when they say you will and then you’l get no response from them when you chase them up. I certainly won’t be using them again. Avoid.”
“Absolute joke of a company. Ordered for Valentine's day early (Delivery for 13th to be sure) they took my payment on the day of the order 11th with no confirmation email and I'm still waiting. They are refusing to accept responsibility so I'm taking it further.”

“Ordered and paid for a valentine's day card on the 10th of February, was stated it would be with me by the 12th of February.
14th of February comes and goes, still no sign of it.
I message their so called support department, and get a message back 2 days later stating that my card has not only not been sent out, but they haven't even bothered to make the card yet!
Instead of being offered a full refund for their terrible service by way of apology for them not being able to run their business properly, I have been told I can wait even longer to get the valentine's card sent out and accept that it is literally going to be many days after valentine's day is over, or accept a refund and get no card whatsoever.
Funky Pigeon MUST have known that they would not be able to fulfil their valentine's day orders in time well before the 12th of February, since I have read reviews on.here.from.people.who ordered cards as early as the 5th of February and still haven't received their cards! Yet, they decided to mislead people and continue accepting orders with fake timelines for delivery, all in the name of greed.”

“The card I ordered for my Granddaughter aged 5 arrived after her birthday. I complained to customer services, who were not in the slightest concerned & didn't even offer an apology. It is recorded that 15% of customers would recommend this site, therefore 85% would not, I am with the latter. Will never use again.”
